Arthur furrowed his brow, concern laced on the features visable under the mask, as he considered this bizarre and frankly confounding situation. He was not a man of brains, and this wasn't his kind of puzzle. He leaned down quite easily to scoop up Bill in his arms, letting out a soft grunt as he bounced his oldest son on his hip a little. "I'm not sure, but we will certainly stay together. Perhaps we could at least find the boys something to eat."
as confusing as the situation seemed to be, molly still much preferred it to all the poisoning and explosions they'd previously experienced. the consistent fear that her boob was about to fall out of this silly costume was not the same brand of active anxiety as being trapped under the rubble of some collapsed building. although she did always seem to be pregnant when these things happened. "of course we will." molly agreed and sighed a bit wistfully. "I feel so much better when you're here." just sitting in the same room as arthur felt like crawling underneath an old quilt. it was comforting and reassuring and quite a bit hot. molly snatched charlie up as he toddled past. he giggled and continued to try and run for it. "now why don't we try to find the dining room or the kitchens? they should be down, right?"
