I'm unlikely to follow on Tumblr due to mental health silliness; however, by no means does this equate to my personal opinion of anyone. It's rather difficult for me to be on social media at all, so this is just a protective measure.
This accounts for the fact... if I've unfollowed you, it's not personal! Certain posts inspire anxious (typically negative) patterns of thinking that I try to avoid. I would message you personally, but... I find that tumblr reminds you of blogs you've visited (and it gives me a quick preview that... has put me through itttttttt before... it's understandable if you unfollow, as that makes it fair.)
