Sword is stronger than Blade (obviously Meta Knight is stronger than both of them)
Why am I saying this?
To start, in the anime in certain episodes where they appear, Sword is the one that does something... What do I refer with something?
In the wolfwrath episode when it knocked out Meta, Sword carries him while Blade is running behind; he is the one who's trying to pull up the fang that Meta knight had in his mask (I hate that scene in the dub) and in the flashback Blade knight was scared by wolfwrath (Blade voice's in the og it's so damn pretty jjj) and Sword stands up to try to fight with it... Curious
In the episode of dreamland grandprix Sword is checking Kirby's Starship (idk it's name, the thing where kirby came) and Blade is like... Eh... I suppose it's checking some buttons...
The other example I remember it's in one of the last episodes (where heavy lobster appears) that Sword uses a rocket launcher and Blade is driving I think...
(Do not think bad about me, I love Blade and it really does something it's just that Sword does a little more sometimes)
I have two theories about this, the first one it's that Sword was a little easier to animate 'cause of it's body
The second, they did it on purpose

In kirby Mass attack, there's a minigame called "Kirby Quest" and Sword and Blade appear alongside Meta, Sword in this minigame has like 750hp and Blade has 720hp
In kirby Super Star ultra, Sword appears in the King's Revenge (a little harder mode) replacing where Blade was in spring breeze. And in helper to hero he has an extra move (this might be 'cause they copied meta's moves instead of kirby's)
(Knowing how does Blade sound in the anime [og] this is kinda cute)
