So I loved season 3 of You. The inner monologues were hilarious and I adored Joe’s attempts at self-awareness. I love the contrasts between him trying to rationalise his actions and Loves impulsiveness (I adore her)

But can we talk about Joe being an idiot pls. He has finally found someone who would love and understand all the parts of him. Yes, she happens to be a murderer but only a murderer would understand?! She also happens to be absolutely beautiful, in love with him and she bakes??? And this guy was like oh this is not enough, let me try my luck with a normal woman ffs.

He hit the jackpot and ruined it pls

Honestly S3 is my favorite season of You because it’s FUN. There is so much humor that somehow works and while I appreciate the darker tones of S1 and S2 and what they were trying to say topically, as a woman I walk away from them feeling uncomfortable in my own skin while this season I just had a blast watching these two people be absolutely fucking unhinged (and I got to see a few of the good eggs actually live).
