It’s been a while since I’ve done any kind of semi-realistic work, so I’ve been really fussy over this, but I think I’m finally happy with it now…….possibly..

“A three goalie scenario isn’t always an ideal scenario. It’s hard to manage the nets on a day to day basis so that the goaltenders get their sufficient work that they need to be at their best. 

I think it works in our particular case because the three players that we have that are playing goal are quality people. They all have sincere friendships. They like one another. They understand the business. 

None of them take it personally. And so I think, from that regard, it works for our team. (Coach Sully, on having three goalies. Or what I like to call, Goalie Love)

Goalie Anna Prugova and her team-mates prepare for Russia’s game against Canada at the Women’s World Championship in Kamloops yesterday.  Things looked good for the Russians early, as they lead 1-0 after 20 minutes, but things fell apart in the second period and the final was 8-1 for Canada.
