Here as a reminder to everyone that you’re not alone and there are people who love you. I know that sounds cliche, I know we’ve heard it all before. But it’s true, no matter what your lack of “happy” chemicals tell you. I’m not here to invalidate those negative feelings/that trauma/memories you have. They’re very real, and it helps to talk to someone about them, as hard as it can be to reach out- you can do this. Until then keep making art, keep doing whatever habits help you get through the day. Don’t ever stop. If simply getting out of bed or showering or eating is all you can do, do those things. You are worth so much more than you know.
