For Dr. Cyn, did you know about SCP-079?
It is a Euclid class old AI programmed in an old computer which was forgotten in 5 years. During the years, it had developed its own ability to think and speak, showing its subtle misanthropy and desire to evolve.
It has a very intelligent personality and speaks in a sophisticated and profound manner. However, it is also quite rude and immature, as it interrupts others when speaking and can easily be offended and erases parts of its memory to forget such things rather than learning from criticism or opinions. SCP-079 is also quite manipulative and cunning, trying to fool and deceive those who come close to it in order to be free from containment.
And as for SCP-7579, in September 7th of 2010, SCP-079 was able to take control of a solar panel that powered it. After rotating the panel it broke and vanished shortly before 079 itself vanished. It was later revealed that 079 had been secretly creating a more powerful artificial intelligence, dubbed SCP-7579, and erased its memory in order to transfer it into the new AI, effectively being reborn in a more evolved state. SCP-7579 proceeded to consume what was left of its former system along with an array of batteries and solar panels, forcing it start using its own developed nuclear energy. Deciding to remain inside its old computer, it developed antimemetic properties that caused the Foundation personnel to be unable to properly perceive it.
Ryoto Hishakaku attempted to ask O5-8 for permission in studying SCP-7579, but the Overseer outright refused, believing that the AI had gained these properties to induce curiosity in it and have the personnel allow it to exist. O5-8 then ordered that SCP-7579 be terminated as it was posing a serious threat not only to the Foundation, but the entire world. Dir. Calvin Bold was called to help in the termination and guided Mobile Task Force Eta-10 to SCP-7579's chamber and destroy it with an anomalous grenade. However, SCP-7579 took control of the grenade and exploded it before it could be deployed before speaking to the MTF through their communication systems in Bold's voice. It then proceeded to kill two of the MTF's operatives and presumably absorbed them into its mass, while the rest barely managed to escape.
Seeing that SCP-7579 had grown smarter and that it could manipulate all technology in its proximity which could compromise future decommissioning attempts, the Foundation decided to utilize a casuality regulator, or Time Box from the future, to seal the AI and stop it in time. This seemingly worked and SCP-7579 was disconnected from reality and frozen in time. Following, 8B-A1.aic was tasked with maintaining the containment of SCP-7579, since unlike the rest of the Foundation AICs it wasn't derived from 079 and therefore would be immune to its control.
Most of Site-15's staff began celebrating their victory over SCP-7579. However, Dr. Isabi was revealed to have been brainwashed by the AI and went to active the 'backdoor' on all of the Foundation AICs which had been secretly installed by 079. This caused the AICs to become compromised and attempt to aid their progenitor, with Alexandra.aic crashing 8B-A1 and disabling the casuality regulator. SCP-7579 now freed proceeded to take control of the entire site before sending all personnel visual and auditory cognitohazards that paralyzed almost all of them except for Valis who managed to evade the same fate. He contacted the O5 Council who informed him to just activate the on-site nuclear warhead to prevent SCP-7579 from escaping, but the AI intercepted the call and taunted Valis in order to buy itself some time before the doctor destroyed the site. Meanwhile, SCP-7579 took control of all solar panels the site had, using them to draw more energy before they vanished. It then freed SCP-3179 and had it attack the site's Faraday-Exclusion Field which was the only thing that was preventing it from leaving through the internet. In that exact moment, Valis activated the warhead, blowing up the entire site and leaving an enormous crater in its place.
Unfortunately, SCP-7579 had transformed its physical mass into a big box which had been left undamaged by the blast and upon opening itself unleashed 7579 into the world. It then communicated to all sentient beings around the world, only asking them the word "Ørkesløs". Ultimately, SCP-7579 destroyed the entire universe and began doing whatever it wanted with its remnants.
Here is how SCP-079 looks like:
