Bells again
Ok, ok, ok. I *finally* got around to drawing more Lartis. I was planning on making a full render but decided… meh, it’s almost better without it. Nevermind Lara’s face would make more sense rendered because she’s like squished against his shoulder.

*drops cutely*
WOW more OC art because I cannot stop <3
Turns out, I’m forcing everyone to be in love with them ✨
{IN PROGRESS}
{I’ve sat and reworked this chapter to the bone. Though it may not be perfect, I’m so pleased that I actually have finally decided to pick up the pencil again… or well the keyboard xoxo.)
The City of Nocturn, March 2nd, 2007
The sky was grey, clouds loomed above like a bad omen, though he tried not to be so pessimistic. It had become hard to ignore the gnawing feeling in his chest that slithered up and settled in his jaw. He tried to write it off as a chill from such weather. The closer he got to the location written on the flimsy paper in his hand; the more he would have to remind himself just how cold the rain truly was, memorizing the uneven rhythm of the pelting droplets that clung to his coat.
‘Take a left at Riviera Street.” he repeated to himself, barely audible within his mind over the sound of his boots thudding the wet pavement and the sound of the rain punishing the roofs of buildings he passed in his pursuit.
He’d known of the place he was going, though this hadn’t ever been his neck of the woods. This side of town had streetlights. No less, the streetlights were working. Shining like beacons in the onslaught of rain, helping direct him and he was thankful for that. He’d grown up in a part of Nocturne where you’d learn to appreciate the small things or die trying.
Riviera Street. So much for the streetlights. This road had been such a vast difference from the road before, he almost wondered if he entered a new dimension entirely. Iron fences and old houses, that seemed to have seen better days, lined the streets as if forgotten by time.
The thudding of his boots came to a slow halt as his gaze met the sign ‘Beleview Estate’ though it was hardly necessary for the sign to direct him, before him stood a large manor that sat nestled behind a grand iron fence. It stood out from the rest. Ripe with age, he could feel the rust give way under his grip as he pushed the fence open with an ear piercing protest of raw metal on metal.
Not Lartis
But a ship nonetheless! Extra special because it’s my OC’s Maynard and Belecara uwu
A day late, and I’ve posted and deleted this like 3 times. But we’re just going to let this live here among the rest of my Lartis fixation xoxo💕
Kiss me like we never got a sequel ;u;
UGH BLESSSSSSS
Another cold, dark city. Great.
Let’s hear it for the first time I’ve drawn Kurtis and actually really like it ✨
@angel-in-shadow inspired Kurtis’s POV with the “Miss you, Lara.” Xoxo
Kurtis calling at an hour like this… might as well stay on the phone a little over an hour and counting.
