Good morning everyone!

And happy Saturday! Like me, most of you probably slept in. Just remember, there’s still work to do! 

If you’re still in school, make sure you check your agenda and make sure there’s no work you have to do, or, get started/plan out when you’ll do the work if there is!

Don’t forget to take your medication, if you take any, and remember to eat some breakfast if you should take some with it. Even if you don’t have medication, see if you can manage breakfast. It’s a surefire way to start the day right!

And, most importantly, don’t forget to have fun! It’s the weekend! See if you can spend some time with friends, and make it a goal to get outside at least once today, even if it’s just taking a short walk!

I’ll be putting out a survey later today to see what everyone is interested in, and your time zones, so I’d appreciate it if everyone participated, just so I know when to send out reminders.
