We just got back from our first psych hospitalization yesterday and everything feels...weird. I know its partially the meds they switched us to, but things feel farther apart. Spaces.
Gaps.
Like there is a gap somewhere that I cant quite see. But I feel it.

Like gum between the folds of our brain. Sticky. Keeping things in. But spacing them apart like waves on a beach. One after the other, the thoughts wash up and reach for the sand with its foaming arms.
We are feeling more in touch with ourselves than we have in the last few months. I can feel the words creeping up from behind my teeth, try to swallow them. Some things- too much, too soon.
Its a lot. But we are doing better

and like, there’s nothing inherently wrong with that, it can be a really good thing to have a lot of info about your alters and to keep track. but this is tumblr, where people can and will use this information against you. i don’t think it’s a good idea to post the full name, age, triggers, fronting triggers, and weaknesses of your alters for the whole internet to see.
honestly i don’t recommend listing all of your alters at all (besides maybe names and ages, i guess) unless it’s a system blog that everyone uses. i don’t have mine listed anywhere because it’s not information anybody’s entitled to, and i’m not comfortable with total strangers knowing everything about my 5 year old.
TL;DR:
younger systems, especially, please don’t post a super detailed alter list. it’s incredibly dangerous to have so much information out there. i know it feels good to have a little section of a post where you can talk about yourself but it’s not good to let people know every detail about yourself.

Originally for the purpose of transferring energy between realms inworld and out. Sub-level demon, piece from Lilith, servant of the underworld."
His story is that he originally came from a small piece of Lilith (Queen of Hell) as a sub servent for energy transference. He has little knowledge on human emotions, but enjoys being pat on the head for "good"/purpose behavior.
He learned after a long time of being here (in this system) that he enjoys a thing called "Yami Kawaii" which means Sick Cute. He sort of looks a little sickly, and never knew about pastels so I can understand why he enjoys the fashion and art of the genre.
He sort of reminds me of a soot sprite.
