minho being so excited for when newt has to get his wisdom teeth out that he asks thomas if he can come with to pick him up. he’s got his phone out, ready to record whatever crazy thing he’s gonna say so he can embarrass him with it later.
but newt comes out, two nurses on either side helping him shuffle his way towards thomas and minho, and he looks like he can barely keep his eyes open or his head held up.
minho ends up disappointed because newt just slept until the anesthesia wore off, sometimes mumbling when thomas had to change his gauze but his voice was too muffled to understand what he was saying before he went right back to sleep.
then minho gets his wisdom teeth out and newt has tons of videos of him, but minho’s only annoyed for like half a day because he realizes he was hilarious and the stuff he said turn into inside jokes for the three of them.
newtmas makes me feel so much queer joy and no other ship has ever come close they’re just so special. i think about them and i feel like my heart is going to burst outta my chest and i wanna cry
newt: lead singer, guitar (acoustic+electric), piano
with his hurt leg, he’d have to sit down for the songs that require less energy and/or the piano. he can’t move around the stage a ton just to be careful but his voice is more than powerful enough to get the crowd hype and put on a show
he acts all nonchalant most of the time but his passion is obvious when hes performing
“if i were in a band i would just flirt with my band mates to spark dating rumors” at least until him and thomas actually get together (which takes a while. cuz i love a slow burn and theyre so fnfmgkfm)
thomas: bass, electric guitar, backing vocals
i think dylan can legit play the drums and like i can see thomas putting a lot of energy into that, but i think sitting during an entire concert or practice would make him go crazy. he has to be able to move and jump around. hes gotta feel the music with his entire body
plus he just wants to be close to newt. usually will keep an eye on him when he moves around the stage, comes up to him to let newt lean on him when he winces one too many times, all that cute boyfriend behavior. i think itd become a joke among the fans that he follows newt around like a puppy
whenever he gets the main writing credits for a song, everyone thinks it’s about newt (it definitely is)
minho: drums, backing vocals, would probably learn bass eventually
hes got a lot of energy and passion, really feels the music and is not shy at all about shouting the lyrics either. adds tons of ad libs to the songs that the fans wish were on the recorded versions
definitely winks at the cameras when they’re on him. dare i say hes the face of the band and extremely proud of it
hes very chatty in between songs. he likes engaging with the crowd, helping newt hype them up, saying something snarky to him or thomas. he definitely fuels the newtmas rumors
so yea um thats all i got idk this isnt organized like at all, just me jotting down whatever came to mind :’) i have a few songs ive imagined them performing but i have no idea how to like show you exactly how i imagine them playing them if that makes sense…idk ok bye
