Basically, Payoneer is a global mass payout service It is a financial service company that provides online money transfer and digital payment services. Payoneer account holders can send and receive funds into their bank account, Payoneer e-wallet, or onto a re-loadable prepaid MasterCard debit card that can be used online or at points-of-sale.

How to Sign Up for Payoneer
Registering a Payoneer account is an easy process. Follow the steps and you are done. By following this procedure, You will earn 25$ as a sign up reward when you reach at threshold of 100$.
Before you move to sign up, please read out the requirements of personal and comapny account respectively.
Requirements:
For Personal Account:
-You need to have an Email Account. - Gmail, Yahoo etc -
-You need to be atleast 18 years old to sign up for Payoneer.
-You need to have your National ID Card, Driving License or Passport.
-You need to have a bank account with all its original documents to create a Payoneer account.
-Everything you type in the Payoneer Registration Form, should be valid and same as in your National ID card / Driving License / Passport.
Alternative for under 18's:
Those who are under 18 and willing to create Payoneer account. They can use their elder brother's , parents or any other trusted persons details to create a Payoneer account with.
Create an Individul Account for Personal use:
1.- Visit the Payoneer website to sign up directly OR
Click Here to sign up and earn 25$
2.- As soon as you click sign up button, It will redirect you to a new page which will contain the registration form. You will be on its first page that is Getting Started. As you are creating your personal account, check Individual. Now, Fill out the Getting Started form details carefully and do keep a copy of everything you type in. Fill out the form by providing your First Name and Last Name - It should be same as in your National ID / Passport / Driving License - . Provide your valid Email Address and your Date-of-Birth - It should be same as in your National ID / Passprot / Driving License - . Make a review of what you have typed in and if everything is alright, click next. Reminder: You need to be atleast 18 years old to sign up for Payoneer. If you are less than 18, Your Registration will be rejected. If you are less than 18 and willing to create Payoneer account, you can use your elder brother's / parent's details to sign up for Payoneer.
3.- After you click next, The registration form will jump on its seconds page that is Contact Details. Fill out the Contact Details form by choosing country name you are living in and provide your home address - for shipping details -, City you are living in with its postal / zip code and your mobile or landline number with its country code - for any urgencies -. Make a review of what you have typed in and if everything is correct, click next button.
4.- When you click next, The registration form will take you to its third page which is Security Details. Fill the Security Details form by providing your payoneer accounts password. Now, choose a security question that is suitable for you and answer it. Select the country of issue of your National ID card / Passport / Driving License. Choose one out of three options ( National ID /Driving License / Passport ) and type the number in the box. Now again make a review of what you have typed in and if everything is okay, click next button.
5.- Now, You will be taken on the last page of registration form that is Almost Done. This page collects Information of your bank account. Start filling up the form by choosing type of your bank account to Personal, Country of the bank and bank name. Type in your Bank's Branch, Your Bank Account Name and Your Account Number - It is, International Bank Account Number ( IBAN ) that you get with your bank account -. Now choose the swift / BIC code of your bank and mark as agree to the checks that you agree to Payoneer Terms and Conditions as well as its Pricing and Fee. Make a review of what you have typed. IF everything is perfect, click submit.
6.- In a very short time, You will receive an email from Payoneer at the email address you entered informing you that your application has been received and currrently being verified. Verification process may be of 1 hour, 2 hours, 24 hours or maybe 1 week. you'll have to patient here and wait till you recieve another email from Payoneer.
7.- With in 24 hours or within a week, you will recieve another email from Payoneer informing you either your account has been approved. Now you can proceed to make payments. Congratulations! You have successfully made a Payoneer account!
In case if it is declined, You will recieve an email from Payoneer informing you that your registration has been declined. The reason will be included in the email. LaterC if you think you filled up the form properly and Payoneer has mistanely declined your registration, you can contact the Payoneer team via Customer Support centre. Where you will explain what happened and they'll response back as soon as they can. They might re-verify your account or may give you a just answer.
Note: While the process of verification is on going, Payoneer might ask you to upload the images of your bank account agreements, Credit Card and your National ID / Passport / Driving License that you entered in the registration form. Don't be worried than, just upload them the images.
