Hello mods catKISS, just wondering if you happen to have a picture of the vtuber Phil showed during stream today?

I did not have any before but fear not! I have procured some!

He has shoulder length shaggy blond hair, light blue eyes and pale skin. He is wearing a black undershirt with a red heart, a green shirt that is open in the front to fold over itself, held together by a waist sash, with a black overcoat with starry lapels. The black undershirt continues down Phil’s arms to cover all the way up to his palms and the green shirt and black overcoat both have a golden trim where ever possible.

The expressions are:

- mouth open as if to speak with eyes forward

- and smiling with mouth closed and eyes pointed sidewards at the past viewer.
