Ellen Torbovic is missing. She was last seen at the SPNBurbank convention (I saw her personally at my vendor table).

The number [phone] is NOT a number that belongs to Misha Collins. Ellen, unfortunately, was sent a message by this number offering a plane ticket to Pennsylvania. She took the offer, got on the plane, and hasn’t been seen since. Her social media is dark or barely responsive, with posts asking for financial donations.

Yes, reports (missing persons & human trafficking) have been made. Someone has a case number and is staying in contact with someone who is trying to track Ellen’s last known movements. All we can do right now is stay alert and up to date on what is happening.

For people who believe that celebrities would do this sort of thing - as kind as the SPN actors are, they will NOT do this sort of thing. Falling for fake messages and media like this is extremely dangerous. If a social media account or phone number cannot be verified as being that person, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM - block and report the number and/or social media associated with it. Even if it is verified (blue check mark on social media), please be cautious - there are too many stories about celebrities preying on fans to be sure of what’s going on.

Transphobic Stands & More?

So I received this ‘Ask’ in my inbox earlier.

Warning: (This post will be VERY long and there will be an undercut. So read this when you have the time.)

When I received this said ‘Ask’ from you anon, I figured that I would wait until Sunday for when I usually answer questions. And truth be told I didn’t give a damn about the T-Shirt or Stands or what they do. However once I saw you say something about Stands and Transphobia, I had to do some investigating and asking around for some of those screen shots you speak of. If there’s one thing I can’t stand (that I will speak up about regardless) and actually can get under my skin is discrimination against the LGBTQ community. 

Example: People that are Homophobic, Transphobic, people that have biphobia ect…

Discrimination towards the LGBTQ community has ALWAYS bothered me on every level. I’m not trying to get dramatic but there are people in the LGBTQ community who fight to survive every day. Unless you’re in the community you should never really make a serious/harmful/sensitive joke about the said specific community, understand where I’m going at? I shouldn’t have to explain what a “harmful” joke is (regardless of context) to anyone over the age of 13.

So it’s no joke to me, really. And I don’t mind talking about all of this and bringing this info to the public/my followers. Ya’ll know fans getting in an uproar and getting upset at what I say doesn’t bother me. Thank you to the Anon who sent me this message or otherwise I probably wouldn’t have of known about Stands and their nasty Transphobic joke that needs to be brought light.

Let me also start this post off by saying that I am indeed a J2 TINHAT. I put that in bold and in caps so no one will miss it. I feel like that’s important for me to mention for those who have never seen any of my posts or don’t know what it is that I’m all about or represent in this fandom. To be clear a “J2 Tinhat” is not to be confused with a regular “J2 Fan”. A “J2 Tinhat” believes that the Js are together in a romantic relationship, while regular J2 fans don’t, regular J2 fans just support their strong friendship. On another note, of-course I do have my personal reason(s) for believing J2 are together romantically, but that’s not what this post is about. (However feel free to read the thousands of posts I have made on my blog to find out.)

This also needs to be said before I delve in deep into this post, now I can only speak for myself, but I don’t abundantly hate on anyone in the J’s lives like many Destiel/Cockles shippers claim J2 Tinhats do (Admittedly there are some Tinhats that do hate on people in the Js lives for no reason sometimes/like they do with the “wives”. But so do Misha Collins fans like when they said Gen should’ve purged Odette. Or when they wanted to burn down Jensen’s brewery. Or when they said that Jared claims to have depression for attention….) And don’t get me wrong, people may not like my blunt, brash, and upfront opinions. I’m sure there are many people who have “not so nice” opinions about me if you will. But my thoughts on topics are just that as well, opinions. I don’t force my opinions down anyone’s throat, nor force anyone to believe what it is I talk about on my blog. Nor do I directly target or send direct hate (such as @’ing) to anyone, especially anyone in relation/connected to the Js. For anyone that I have had drama with within the previous years with it was because truly (this isn’t me trying to play the victim, the proof is on my blog I literally don’t hide a thing) they came for me and all I did was defend myself. Which I have every right to do. 

Attacking people in the Js lives (with direct hate, grouse name calling ect) is just not my style. I’ve been in this fandom since 2015 and have never ever once done that. Thus fans/people may be able to attribute negative factors/behavior traits to some J2 Tinhat’s who hate on the “wives” or people in the Js lives, but those negative attributes don’t pertain in correlation or connect to me in any way really. I can’t be blamed for others actions and I suppose the same thing can be said for fans/Destiel stans who stay in their lane and mind their own business as well and don’t really hate on anyone.

I have a few shots to add, ones that show just how much Stands cares about complaints about the re’s behavior (probably bc there are only one or two people who deal with complaints, and it may even be the same person who runs the Twitter account anyways, so I’m sure they’d just delete any complaint emails and be done).

A while back, people called Stands out about their behavior towards people who questioned them or complained to them.  Admittedly, those were mostly J2 or Jared fans/stans, since they seem to be, most of the time, the butt of Stands’ “jokes”.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is Stands’ customer service in action:

Thanks for the additional info about the LLC. Random Acts must be a similar situation. All the talk about charity work without the transparency of his business involvement says it all. Misha should be ashamed of using Pride month in this way and is an asshole for adding fuel to fan wars.

I was happy to provide the information I found. I had read more than once that “Misha” was part-owner of Stands, but I needed to actually verify it for myself. I was vaguely familiar with Random Acts, but I’ve done a little digging into that today as well.

Unlike Stands, which is a business, Random Acts is a registered 501©(3) organization in the United States. EIN #: 04-3276521

It is a charitable organization and as such, has actual information as to who is on the board and copies of the last several years of their IRS filings accessible directly on the site.

A site I prefer to “vet” charities is Charity Navigator. They do a nice breakdown on the health of charitable organizations, as well as determine what percentage of donations goes to the actual causes, etc. They did not have a rating for Random Acts yet, because one of their criteria is the charity must report an income of over 1 million. Until 2018, Random Acts could not do this. They offer a guide on how they determine certain factors for rating charities, and following that, using Random Acts last published tax form 990’s Statement of Functional Expenses, 98% of that year’s donations went to the causes they supported. Also, between the year before and the last published tax document, Random Acts showed a healthy growth spurt. They are flagged by Charity Navigator as a charity that can now be rated by them.

So, it looks like Random Acts is a healthy charity with a great return rate on your donation.

Some thoughts I have about it.

It lists the same address for their headquarters as Stands (although the books and records are kept in TX). So I wonder if they are deducting the operating costs for Stands from their RA donations or taking that out of their t-shirt sales? The former would definitely maximize Dmitri’s business profits. This is a question I pose, not a statement of fact. RA has listed a managing cost of about $22,000/year for the last few years. No one on the board claims any salary, per their Compensation of Officers, Directors, Highest compensated employees etc. statement (found on page 7 of their 990 here). It looks like Rachel Miner is the one who puts in the most time for this charity. Some board members/trustees put in significantly less.

They do not use professional fundraisers, nor do they list fundraising costs of any kind on their return. So that’s why I question the $22,000 operating costs (seems like rent to me). 

And, just like with the tax documents for Stands, Dmitri Krushnic is the name of record. Again, I thought he had legally changed his name to Misha, but that must be a stage name.

At least one thing can be said of all of this with absolute certainty and 100% accuracy: “Misha” is fake.

tl:dr Random Acts is a legit charity with a healthy return on donations, unlike Stands, which is a novelty store business that makes charitable donations. Both are run/managed by Dmitri Krushnic.

None of these has a proper office. The address provided is basically a glorified PO box. Which is okay I guess, plenty of businesses do that.

But if I understand it correctly the yearly costs of a mailbox (and they share one between three entities, same unit 170 - RA, Stands and GISH) are as follows:

I guess the $22,000 operating cost also include running the website and wire transfer fees. But for a non-profit organization with no proper office space and no paid employees $22,000 sounds like a lot (not saying it’s not possible, just that seems like a bit too much).

To then save a young women’s life from her dead brother?? Have you sold your soul to a demon? To bring your brother back to life? Have you kissed a demon? Had sex with a demon? Been possessed by a demon? How about a demon and an angel at the same time? Have you made alliances with a king of hell? Have you lost your soul? Visited Purgotory maybe? How about Heaven? Are you a legacy of the men of letters? Have you killed Death? Or Hitler? Have you had zombie in your hair? Saved the world, perhaps??? Multiple times?

My point is: you’re not supposed to relate to Wincest! Just like you’re not expected to go, “hey! I killed a hellhound once too!” They don’t reside in our world, and they certainly don’t fit into their own. Sam and Dean murder monsters, yo. So you should probably be able to surmise that societal rules don’t really apply to them. We are talking about a consensual and fictional relationship here. “B-but they have the same mom and dad!” Yeah, and? What weight does that exactly hold considering the lives they’ve led?

But go off and ship an angel (who’s older than humankind and that’s residing in a corpse) with a monster hunting human that’s in his late twenties to early forties. Cause what, that’s so universally appealing!?

Here is my video of the auction at AHBL10 today. It’s not the best quality, since I was far and it’s shaky too since I was laughing and excited. Also, the video gets flipped at one point since I was trying to get the screen.

Our friend Karen won Jared’s t-shirt! It was for such a worthy cause and the boys were really touched. Jared actually ended up giving his own shirt to her as well since he bled on the t-shirt.

I guess it's time to share some stories

Soooooo, this JIB was definitely different from my experience from last year. Idk if better or worse yet but just... different.

But hey, guess who's trash and even though she said she'd never go to JIB in the first place she plans to go next year for the third time? Yeah.

Anyway. With a huge help from my friends (hey guys! Love you!) I managed to live through this weekend sane and they gave great hair advise and put up with my annoying ass! THANK YOU AGAIN BABES! :)

I have Jensen's tongue peeking out through his teeth in our photo op second year in a row, so I count that as a win. And his voice is so freaking deep irl without a mic. Holy crap. In all my photo ops with Js we squished. It was fun. Hugs are so nice. And guys are giving great hugs, i bet they practiced together ;)

And now onto the thing that everyone came here for (cause let's be honest, you don't care about my experience, I don't blame you ;D). Sooo, since I planned my schedule very carefully to maximize my J2 intake for the year (and it nearly worked, I was so close to be 100% successful with doing what I planned) I get to see, nay I was allowed to witness by some higher force, god really wants me to tinhat the shit out of Js, it's clearly not my zero luck ever here, it must be destiny, I was born to see the truth like Js were born for each other (lmao, sorry. I'm riding on fumes here, where's that next weekend at?).

ANYWAY, as I was waiting in line for Misha's autograph, Jared comes in, passes his table all together and goes straight to Jensen's table at the very end (the way it was set up was, they need to cross the room and pass by us to get to their tables and then it's Jared's table - empty table - Misha's table - empty table - Jensen's table) and started stroking and petting Jensen's beard and ears. Delicate stokes, intimate, very nice, very! And at first Jensen didn't even react, not even a flinch, cause he knew it was his boy and then later Jared stayed there, talked for quite some time (they haven't seen each other for almost two hours so you know they missed each other and needed to tell each other everything that happened, lol, jk obviously).

(Also there was a girl waiting right before Jensen's table and if I were her I'd DIE)

And when Jensen was done with his autos literally one person later and was walking out of the room behind Jared and took his beanie off and kept walking and I don't remember what Jared face was, I think like pretended to be shocked and Jensen was just walking away looking back at Jared smiling all happy and heart eye-y.

That's a very nice Sunday afternoon if you ask me.

Monday concert came around and I do enjoy these because live music and the only occasion for me to hear Jensen sing live so.

Jared didn't come up to the VIP lounge after couple songs in (a song or two after Jensen and Brianna sung Shallow) and I honestly was starting to panic that he isn't there because I really wanted to see him one more time. And when Jensen was called out for his next song Jared wanted to wish him good luck (I assume :p) and slapped his butt. Jared really do like Jensen's butt, doesn't he?

And later Jared didn't want to come on stage with everyone but Brianna made him go. And he was hiding behind everyone at first but then he started dancing and singing with everyone, cutie pie. There was that one time during Come Together where they wanted others who didn't sing yet to sing and they made Adam sing, and tried Alex but he didn't want to and then Jared and he didn't want to either but Jensen came to his rescue by starting to sing and he received another lil' butt slap for that :D also Jared was all like, yeah this is who you want to hear sing not me. And overall he was cheering for them and it seemed like all of them had a good time.

Oh! And during one of the songs Jared noticed something funny and he told people in the lounge about it but the as soon as he was on stage he went straight to Jensen to tell him too and if you've seen the videos he REALLY did find it funny too. Jared then proceeded to tell the story to anyone who would listen. I love one happy boy trying to make others laugh!

And I think that's that. The whole weekend went by quickly and Js were nice and I could go on another one of these right now :)

Sorry I’m late——！！ It takes me more than one month to finish it, but I still can’t make it on Sam’s birthday :(

This is the whole comic for celebrating Sam’s birthday! I posted the last page on the May 2nd, but actually there’re 9 pages of it (I cut it into 36 pieces for fitting into Tumblr). It’s a wonderful experience to draw so many different versions of Sam in one comic.  He’s really been through a lot, but I believe he’ll be happy at last!!
