Obviously he has an Absol (matching emo bangs), a Zoroark (because impostor syndrome), a Ceruledge (as a reference to FGO Salieri, who is an Avenger class servant, so I thought Ceruledge could be a cute hommage to that), a Dusclops (because Duskull is the Requiem pokemon, but since Salieri has given it his every nights, it evolved), a Mimikyu (because Mimikyu is jealous of the love Pikachu is getting and, initially, I wanted Wolfgang to have a Pikachu, but ended up scrapping it) and an Hydreigon (because Deino is a baby, and I love it, and my boi is perfect even if it gets demolished by fairy type, I love it, and then it evolved and Salieri loved it still and I just want good things for Salieri and Hydreigon)
Salieri's Absol is only known to use 3 moves in combat, because the fourth one is Perish Song and Salieri just doesn't want Absol to use it (he has tried to teach him other moves to make him forget, but somehow always failed)
Only time he ever used Perish Song was when facing Wolfgang
His Absol's name is Alois (because of Salieri's IRL son)
Also, he can Mega-Evolve, and Salieri wears his key stone as a brooch (obviously), while Alois wears his Absolite under his neck fur
He will never admit it, but Alois is Salieri's favorite Pokemon (mostly because he can predict when something bad is about to happen, and therefore anticipates Salieri's nightmares and insomniac episodes and is there for him, and it calms Salieri down to caress his soft fur)
He does love the rest of his team, but not as much (they're not allowed on the bed)
I have a lot of fun facts about members of his team njsbvjbfv
Salieri, like Aloysia, retires not long after Mozart's passing (following the rumors he killed Mozart) and opens a Pokemon sanctuary, to which he dedicates most of his time to
Normal type gym leader Rosenberg
So surprising, I know
No one knows how he even became gym leader
Some rumors involve blackmail, sabotaging his rivals for the title and other not-great, less-than-legal activities
But there's no proof, so people ignore it
It did involve less-than-legal activities
His team is the worst
Chatot, Purugly, Persian, Noctowl, Lickilicky and Dudunsparce
Despite how obviously terrible his team is, his Chatot somehow gave some trainers nightmares
Could be the Boomburst, could be the foul mouth
His team does not respect him
This amuses most people but no one would admit it openly
His Pokemons are also known to be more dangerous to trainers than they are to other Pokemons
Electric type gym leader Stephanie
Stephanie has a tendency to apologize when he wins
He also cowers when he loses (because most of his battles are against Rosenberg's team which, again, is known to be more dangerous to trainers than Pokemons, and Stephanie got injured a few times)
His team is made up of a Flaafy, a Jolteon, a Luxray, a Zebstrika, a Manectric and a Stunfisk
One of (if not) the worst teams on here, and this says a lot
Ice type gym leader Da Ponte
Unlike Rosenberg, it's well known how he got the position
After the passing of the previous Ice type gym leader, the gym was supposed to be closed to cut costs, and the position was meant to simply disappear but Salieri recommended Da Ponte to the Emperor, and he got the job
That's basically just a copy-pasted version of what happened in real life
Anyhow, his team:
Cryogonal, Lapras, Jynx, Froslass, Aurorus and Weavile
Yes I do full 6 Pokemons teams, not 5
It's hard enough only getting them 6, let them be normal trainers
I really need to draw his team too
I'll do it
One day
Probably not
Fire type gym leader Cavalieri
A lot of Fire Pokemons fit her aesthetic
By that I mostly mean Delphox
Delphox is so Cavalieri coded, you can't convince me otherwise
Her team is composed of her Delphox, a Chandelure, a Ninetales, a Volcarona, a Rapidash and a Houndoom
Again, this is a team that makes sense if you see them at her side
She's pretty chill despite her favored type
Not a super balanced team stat wise but I feel like it could work
He doesn't care much about type repartition and pick his Pokemons based on vibes
He probably got matching outfits for his team
His first ever Pokemon was an Audino
He still has it
Probably gave it a silly name too
He also has a Kricketune (because silly mustache man), a Staraptor (based of Mozart's real life starling), a Meowscarada (Meowscarada has such Mozart energy in its posing), a Roserade (because he sleeps on roses, obviously) and finally a Milotic (because I swear it makes sense)
I need to draw him with his team one day so that people understand how it makes sense because I swear it does
I did warn he did NOT care about type repartition
Surprisingly not the worst team of all times tho
The same can't be said about every team on here
Ground type gym leader Colloredo
Ground type because religion and spirituality are often associated with air, so I felt giving him the complete opposite of that would be funny
It was either that or rock
His team: Marowak, Rhyperior, Swampert, Gliscor, Palossand, Torterra
Bit over the place, (it will get worse), but those are the main ones that called to me so it's fine (hopefully)
Marowak makes sense to me for literally no reason
Same for Gliscor, no reason, it makes sense to me (maybe because he's toxic? Idk)
Palossand is basically a murderer (/hj) in disguise, and Colloredo tries to "murder" Mozart's career before it really starts
It's also fun (to me) because MOR depicts Colloredo as proud, arrogant, full of himself, and Palossand is a castle... A sand one, but a castle, which is fun
Torterra is inspired by the World Turtle (Tortoise?) and I feel Colloredo having at least one Pokemon associated/inspired by religion/spirituality makes sense?
Swampert is because he drags others in the mud (/j)
Rhyperior because, in Christianity, dreaming about a rhino is usually seen as a good omen, suggesting an encounter with strength and power, solitude and independence, as well as stubbornness and resilience, and MOR starts with Colloredo rising to a place of power
Definitively didn't make up excuses to justify his team because I just wanted him to be a ground type gym leader
Does it surprise anyone he would be a Steel type user?
He would judge the HELL out of his son's team
Still would get beaten
Solely through the power of friendship
No, but literally, I imagine Wolfgang's Pokemons being like "It took the hit because it didn't want you to be sad"
His team is comprised of a Corviknight (judgmental bird, very fitting), a Bisharp, a Bronzong, an Aegilash, an Empoleon (another judgment birb, here so that Roserade isn't completely useless) and a Mega-Aggron
Like most early game gym leaders, he rarely uses his full team
Lucky for Wolfgang because daddy's team is pretty solid (because steel is hard... Get it?)
That last pun was terrible, and I apologize (plus the team isn't that good)
Upon his death, Nannerl becomes Gym leader in his stead and turns the gym into a flying type gym
Flying type gym leader Nannerl
Her team is made up of a Vespiqueen, a Vivillon, a Drifblim, a Corviknight, a Noivern and a Minior
Vespiqueen is meant to be a reference to her black and white dress she wears during Penser l'impossible (It's the closest I could find) and her Vivillon (Marine pattern) is a nod to her butterfly dress
Her Corviknight was her father's
Drifblim is associated with disappearances and death, and I feel it would fit a grieving Nannerl
Noivern is the only noise based flying Pokemon I could think of
I can't really explain Minior, I just felt it made sense
She probably used to use a lot cuter Pokemons, but she's been (understandably) sad lately and wanted a way of showing her grief
Only kept Vivillon from her old team because the blue dress is iconic (I'm not even sorry, it's true)
Contest star Aloysia
It fits her
She had never won any contest when she met Mozart but he helped her train and showed her some tricks and she eventually became quite well known
Her team consists of a Lunatone (because woman half-moon, half-man), an Espeon, a Meowstic, a Musharna, an Hatterene and a Liepard that does not fit her favoured type (Psychic type, because it fits her aesthetic), but it was at her side since the beginning and she doesn't see herself fighting without it
Even in the anime, contest champions rarely only use one type, so it's fine
Later on, when she meets back with Wolfgang's friends and her family to celebrate the success of Figaro, she has a friendly battle with her sister and she no longer uses Liepard
It switched with Gothitelle (who matches her black dress in Les noces de Figaro, so that's nice at least, but we'll miss you Liepard)
Wanted her to have at least a little fairytale/novel vibe with her team so I gave her a Clefable and a Daschbun, which both fit the vibe
Klefki is there as a nod to the fact that, when meeting Wolfgang for the second time, she works in an inn
Togekiss is Flying/Fairy type, and I thought it'd be a nice addition to show how she (Fairy type champion) and Nannerl (Flying type champion) are close
Florges and Shiinotic really only need to make sense to me
There are 2 types of vampires in this AU, born vampires (which Iâll call âdhampirsâ from now on to make my life easier, but they call themselves vampires too) and made vampires (simply âvampiresâ, unless I specify the term to include dhampirs as well)Â
They each consider the other the âlesserâ typeÂ
Ironically, the first vampires were technically dhampirs and not vampiresÂ
Dhampirs and vampires are technically the same species, so vampires can produce dhampirs and vice-versa, HOWEVER two dhampirs canât have children, so they canât make more dhampirs without either a vampire or a humanÂ
This makes the âvamp-dhamp-humanâ balance essential to all their survivals, since if humans were to disappear, then vampires couldnât be made anymore, meaning dhampir populations would increase while vampire populations would stagnate, remaining vampires would die out from starvation (reminder: dhampir blood is toxic to vampires), and dhampirs couldnât reproduce anymoreÂ
Which is why well-informed people (i.e.: those who know dhampir blood is toxic to vampires) are worried about the overhunting Â
Vampires often overhunt, especially when theyâve just been turned, as they expect to feel satiated the way they did when they were alive and struggle to understand when they are full, but itâs actually quite rare for vampires to hunt out of maliceÂ
Some dhampirs are born with special abilities. When they turn a vampire, they also give them a lesser version of their gift. Those gifts are not hereditaryÂ
Wolfgang can hear heartbeats, which make it fairly easy for him to recognize other vampiresÂ
Vampires as a whole (so dhampirs and vampires) have a slower metabolism and heartbeat, and their heartbeats is pretty faint when they didn't eat for a while (it is more distinct when they just ate), however vampires have a little faster metabolism than dhampirs, which makes their healing capacities faster, but their appetite biggerÂ
Contrary to popular belief, in this AU, their healing is slower than that of a human  Â
All vampires (dhampirs and vampires alike) have an animal form, most of the time a bat or a cat, but it can be more original than that. It often takes them a while to get comfortable with it, but some vampires chose to live their lives as their animal form
They can also "teleport" in moonlight (they actually change into dust for a brief moment but it's really all the same)
I'm not even hiding the Dracula inspiration here (it's not copy pasted, but close, but if you're familiar with Stoker's vampires you've probably noticed a few differences)
Since vampires are real in this AU, it means Gerard van Swieten (Maria-Theresia's personal physician) actually confirmed their existence, first in 1755, then again in an essay in 1768 (instead of denying it like in real life), which is considered the first official acknowledgment of vampire existence (as he was sent to investigate alleged vampire cases by the Empress herself), meaning the trend of high society hiring vampire hunters for protection is fairly recent, despite the job itself being extremely oldÂ
It also means the job is becoming more and more popular and competition is a lot harsherÂ
The Mozart familyÂ
Theyâre all dhampirs safe for Anna-MariaÂ
In this AU, Leopold is an acclaimed vampire hunter, who uses his skills to hide his family's secret and secure himself a comfortable position alongside mortalsÂ
He doesn't prey on humans, but on animals, which isn't nearly as filling for vampires (dhampirs and vampires alike)Â
There's a vampire court, but no one really knows much about it outside the court itselfÂ
Since he's outside said court, he doesn't know much about it either, but assumes they're violent, bloodthirsty, and elitists. He'd never admit it, but he also fears the court and what little he thinks he knows about itÂ
To be able to defend himself in case he came across a vampire from the court, he perfected some hunting technics and even made one of his own, which made him famous across EuropeÂ
Another thing that made him famous was his son's natural ability to distinguish vampires from humansÂ
They travelled throughout Europe, showing off the kid's gift without ever explaining to young Wolfgang what they were doing to the vampires he exposedÂ
When he found out, he was horrified and faked the loss of his gift to stopÂ
It didn't stop Leopold from hunting vampires, and later teaching his son how to as well, but it did stop the whole "travelling" and "showing off" thing, much to Wolfgang's reliefÂ
Vampire ColloredoÂ
Wolfgang obviously knows, but doesnât say a thing Â
Because Wolfgang was a little scared of the man, Colloredo started suspecting his "long-lost" gift hadn't actually been lost, and pushed him to overwork, which lead Wolfgang to want to leaveÂ
Colloredo was scared that, if he let him leave, Wolfgang might expose him, so he refused, arguing he needed protectionÂ
At the time, vampires' hunting/preying had become a little reckless, especially in big European cities, so people felt unsafe, and people didn't really question Colloredo's reasonsÂ
Despite people feeling so unsafe, vampire hunters had a hard time finding jobs and keeping them, so they usually just stuck to one noble person's court and that was that (which, fun fact, in this AU caused the French Revolution, the people were unsafe and being actively preyed on with little defences, while nobles had all the defences they needed to stay safe)Â
Anyhow, because of how hard it was to make money as a vampire hunter, Leopold agreed that Wolfgang shouldn't leave the court and refused to accompany him when he said he was going anyway, which lead to his mother deciding to accompany him instead to watch on him and make sure he was safeÂ
The Weber family Â
Aloysia is a dhampireÂ
Remember how I said the first vampires made deals for dark knowledge or immortality? Well, she did too, wanting eternal youth, afraid her beauty might fade someday. Along with immortality, she got a special ability, giving her a mesmerizing voice, not unlike that of a siren, which she uses to find preysÂ
She rarely kills her food, instead letting them walk away freely after making them promise to come back to her (they all do, and I would too)Â
Her family is aware of her condition, and actively helping her find preysÂ
Her dad met Wolfgang after he almost revealed his real nature in a tavern fightÂ
He recognizes his name and, recognizing Aloysia might need protection from other vampires because sheâs admittedly been stealing their food, he proposes to make Wolfy weapons for free so long as he accepts to meet his family, hoping he can convince him to protect Aloysia for freeÂ
Wolfgang falls in love with Aloysia at first sight and, despite knowing she's a vampire, accepts to help protect herÂ
In this AU, she still wants to be a singer, but mostly so that her voice reaches more people, and she doesn't have to worry about food anymoreÂ
When Wolfgang's mother asks him what he sees in her, he tells her everything, including that she's a dhampir (since Anna-Maria can't tell), so she sends a letter to Leopold about itÂ
Leopold is not too pleased about it and, claiming Wolfgang to be too inexperienced to really protect her, sends him to Paris (who is one of the cities in Europe with the biggest vampire problem) to perfect his skills then come back to her maybe. Aloysia is NOT happy with thatÂ
She also gets attacked by a vampire in his absence, and resents Wolfgang for not being there for her when she needed him (or at least she thought she did)Â
Vampire hunter SalieriÂ
He works for the Emperor, but the Emperor is looking for more hunters to work with himÂ
He's doing amazing but also putting his life at risk way more than he should, using his own blood as a lure, to the point he's anaemic Â
Heâs mostly proficient with traps and rarely âactivelyâ hunts, and practically never uses a stake when he does, preferring to use his holy water gunÂ
Despite his profession, heâs very interested in vampires, always has been, and has a lot of books on them (weâre talking entire walls of books here)Â
Heâs also working on a âbeginners guideâ for self-defence against vampires, so a bunch of hunters are unhappy with him because they already struggle to make a living, and he wants to make their job more accessible to the massesÂ
He thinks safety shouldnât have a price tho, and is actively working with authors like Da Ponte (well, he was working with Da Ponte before they had a fight), Casti or even Beaumarchais (who is also a vampire hunter) to make sure to write the most accessible guide they can. Beaumarchais has also agreed to print it once itâs doneÂ
Salieriâs mother died when he was a teenager, but in this AU, his father didnât quite die for a change, and was instead turned into a vampire (presumably later ended by Gassmann when he was on his way to Venice), making Salieriâs relation to vampirism all the more complicatedÂ
On one hand, heâs fascinated by it, by the concept of undeath and how vampires seem to be both unnatural and a part of nature, fully belonging to the life cycle as apex predators, but on the other hand, heâs also disgusted by the thought of anyone being able (in theory) to lose their humanity and turn against those they once lovedÂ
He does get turned into a vampire eventually because life has a sense of humour Â
It's an accident, but he does get mad at Wolfgang for it, feeling he was robbed of his humanity
He does end up forgiving Wolfgang when he realizes his animal form is a huge black dog (mutt, but if you want a mental image, I imagine he'd be somewhere between "wolf" and "cane corso", which is very vague but I swear it makes sense) and Wolfgang's is a tiny bat
Still, he never gets fully comfortable with the loss of his humanity, and having his hearing sharpened because of Wolfgang's gift drives him nuts, and makes it harder for him to enjoy music since everything seems so loud now
Wolfgang does play him music when he asks him to because he's had super hearing his whole life and knows what volumes are comfortable, but Antonio's pride keeps him from asking too often, so he just sulks in his room or read when he's not working
He's also very sad about his tastes changing since he turned because now sugar disgusts him and he can't really enjoy sweets anymore
Overall he has a hard time adjusting to the change, but he's mostly content about it making his job (and his relation to Wolfgang) a little easier
Some differences between dhampirs and vampires
Vampires are always ex-humans that were turned by exterior factors, most of the time by the bite of another vampire (or dhampir), but not always (for instance, in rare case, necromancy or improper burial can bring someone back as a vampire), while dhampirs are usually born that way but can also have been turned willingly (for instance by making a deal with âdark forcesâ, typically for immortality or knowledge)Â
Dhampir blood is toxic to vampires and is often a few shades darker than human blood, but few people know that, even vampires themselvesÂ
Dhampirs are born with pointy ears, however it's not uncommon for them to cut them to make them rounder
Dhampirs tend to have more "vibrant" complexion, so when they haven't eaten in a while, they look paler but can still easily blend in with humans, while vampires have the same skintone they did when they were alive and look a lot more sickly when starved
The canines of dhampirs are a bit closer together compared to those of vampires and humans, which makes their bites very distinct
Basically, if you know the differences, telling the difference shouldn't be too hard, but if you don't then they're the same (like for a lot of things)
Some vampire weaknesses
In this AU, vampires are essentially weak to what they believe themselves to be weak to (for instance, a Christian vampire might believe itself to be weak to Christian imagery, while a Jewish vampire won't be affected by it). A lot of them also believe they can't come in unless invited, but that's not true at all and it's a bit of a mystery why they even think that
Additionally, all vampires are weak to the 5 elements of traditional chinese medicine (not really, but that's the trick I use to remember): burning them gets rid of them (fire), they can't stay in water for too long without feeling their skin burn (even in the rain) and can't cross running water (water), a stake to the heart prevents them from rising again and moutain-ash repels them (wood), they can't touch "pure" metals like silver or gold (metal), and being buried ith garlic in their mouth also kills them for good (earth)
Vampires are also weak to decapitation, garlic and some herbs I'm too lazy to go over and starvation puts them in a catatonic state, but outside of that, they can't really be killed
Kalashtars get a +2 in Wisdom which is really funny, and +1 in Charisma which he would
They also get advantage on Wisdom saving throws and resistance to psychic damage
Salieri would 100% know and abuse Vicious Mockery
I mean just look at the musical, he's doing it already and Wolfgang doesn't seem to be hurt or even touched by his words so I assume he's defended against it in some way
Also, the Quori spirit his family is linked to is named Euterpe
She's big on music and really close to him, but barely talk to his dad and sister
She used to talk a lot to Nannerl but stopped at one point
She appears to him as a younger version of himself, not unlike in the German musical "Mozart! Das Musical"
She calls herself "Amadeus" with him for some reason, which explains the "Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart"
I swear Kalashtar makes sense for him
Also he's trans
He's level 12, high but not too high
Yuan-Ti Pureblood Warlock Salieri
+2 in Charisma, +1 in Intelligence, tell me this isn't perfect
Yuan-Ti are associated with poisons and know the Poison Spray cantrip and have poison resistance which considering the rumors, is perfect
Yuan-Ti Purebloods are seen as somewhat outsiders in both Yuan-Ti and non-Yuan-Ti communities, being too humanoid for one and too serpentine for the other
Salieri was seen as too much of a German composer in Italy, and Austria never forgot where he was from despite his best efforts to fit in
That being said, Yuan-Ti are usually pretty detached from their emotions and act pretty cold
Also, it allows him to know 3 languages which fits his real life repertoire (Italian, German and French to my knowledge)
Basically, it's perfect
As for his Patron, it's a Homebrew called the Shadowmaster
Essentially it works like Archfey but with reflavoured spells
He knows Dissonant Whispers
I will not explain why this is absolutely perfect
His Patron eventually kills Mozart and Salieri can't do anything about it
It's very sad
Oh, and his brooch is actually an Arcane Focus
It used to be an Orb but it shattered and the shards were used to make his brooch
And his dagger is his pact weapon
Pact of the Blade, of course
He doesn't have a single Bard level but he did learn Vicious Mockery on his own and doesn't need his Patron's approval to cast it
It does count in his known cantrips
He wishes he had learned healing cantrips instead
My man has the stoopid
He'd be around level 14, or at least that's the level I'm basing him on
Eladrin Weber family
Both parents change with the seasons while the daughters stick with only 1 season
Josepha is Autumn
Aloysia is Winter
Don't try to argue, it's perfect
"Contemplation and dolor, when the vibrant energy of the world slumbers"
I see Aloysia as a deeply hurt character, very in touch with her emotions and cursing at them, not unlike Salieri, but also trying to find a way to use them to her advantage instead of just shoving them away
Tell me this doesn't fit well with what we see of her in Bim Bam Boum
Speaking of Bim Bam Boum, she has 4 levels in Lunar Sorcery
Again, it makes sense
And eventually she multiclasses into Bard (College of Glamour ofc) because her aspiration was to not just practice magic but also get some base understanding of how it worked
My girl did NOT want to get into a Wizard school tho
When Mozart sees her again, she took 2 levels in Bard and was feeling more confident than ever in her magic, both learned and innate
Constance is Summer
She's a Wild Sorceress, not that her parents care much for her magic
She's kinda jealous of Aloysia for being able to cast a spell without risking blowing up the place
Sophie is Spring
Level 1 Life Cleric, surprisingly
She was a nurse IRL, that's why
Human Paladin Joseph
Level 18, Oath of Conquest
His deity is probably associated with Light due to his link IRL with the LumiĂšres and the enlightenment period thing
"He has been ranked with Catherine the Great of Russia and Frederick the Great of Prussia as one of the three great Enlightenment monarchs" (Wikipedia)
Basically, I'm right
People still called him an Enlightened Despot or smtg so Oath of Conquest? Makes sense
Those only need to make sense to me
He's an Emperor, he needs to be powerful
Half-Elf Cleric Gassmann
Cleric of Milil so Light Domain
Salieri wanted to be a Cleric too at first, but no deity believed in him enough due to his race
Gassmann is actually the one who suggested he finds himself a Patron
He believed in Salieri
He was right to do so
He would be so proud
Also a little sad to see all the self hatred but eh
Basically just a good dad
We love ourselves a good "second dad Gassmann"
I do at least
Human Cleric Colloredo
Ambition Domain
Not very open about his deity
I swear it made sense when I wrote it
Commoners everyone else
Level 0
People don't realize how powerful even level 1 actually is
Rosenberg is a Kobold
Small, cowardly race used to servitude and who basically needs to be in a group or have someone tell them what to do? Perfect
Da Ponte is a Changeling
Unlike Salieri, in real life, people often forgot about his nationality, so I think that him being an exotic race yet no one noticing is fitting
Salieri doing something he actually likes is way too alien of a concept for me
In real life, Salieri didnât actually take âproperâ music lessons and even refused to go to a music school to learn music directly from Gassmann
Salieri himself said that he only had 3 big passions that followed him throughout his life as a whole: music, literature and sugar (his words, not mine)
He would only have picked this major because he thinks there isnât much of a future for him in the music industry
He only stays because of Da Ponte, otherwise he probably would have dropped out
He has perfect grades tho
Best friend Da Ponte
Everyone thinks itâs Rosenberg but Salieri finds him rather annoying
He finds Da Ponte annoying too
He finds everyone annoying truth be told
But Da Ponte is his favorite annoying person (prior to meeting Mozart)
Theyâre roommates so he didnât get much of a choice in this friendship
Homeschooled Mozart
He travelled a lot in his childhood, so it makes sense
Got sick a lot too
His dad never let him rest when sick because Leopold was just an asshole like that
Music major Mozart
He goes to the same university as Salieri because in this AU, Salieri never created the âSchool of Music and Performing Artsâ so no MDW
The âMozarteum Universityâ obviously doesnât exist either
He skipped a few years technically, but since he passed all the necessary exams he got to enroll
I donât know much about Austrian education; this isnât meant to be accurate
18 yo Mozart
Again, skipped a few years
Child prodigy and stuff
He turns 18 in January, before getting with Salieri
He jokes a lot about Salieri having a crush on him when he was 17 and it making him a predator
Salieri does NOT like those jokes
21 yo Salieri
He had to retake a year when he arrived to Austria but heâs a quick learner so he adapted quickly
Didnât have much of a choice
Sink or swim situation
Still managed to catch up eventually
Music teacher Gassmann
He was a music teacher, it makes sense to keep it that way
Heâs one of Mozartâs favorite teachers
One of Salieriâs too, even if he doesnât have any classes with him
Heâs like Salieriâs second dad
They donât live together solely for plot reasons
Director Joseph
No one is actually sure of what his last name is, so everyone just uses his first name
The âIIâ is a joke on the fact that his mother used to be directress before him
TranSalieri
This is one of the reasons he was so eager to leave Italy
No one knows except Da Ponte
Heâs under T and wearing binders and tape when he can
Somehow nobody questions it when he doesnât
He thinks Mozart would get him a silly Miku binder if he learned
Heâs right
Mozart does learn eventually
Every Salieri kinnie I know is trans
We need more trans Salieri AUs
Best friend Da Ponte (also)
Mozart is quite happy about it, even if he has many âfriendsâ
Most of his âfriendsâ are actually just acquaintances
They really start becoming close at the beggining of the second trimester
Da Ponte is the first to learn about his crush on Salieri
And the first to learn about Salieriâs crush on Mozart
Salieri wants nothing to do with Mozart because of his crush
Da Ponte tries to set them up without telling either one he knows the other likes them back but his friends are both incredibly smart except when it comes to feelings
Heâs exhausted
Somehow, heâs the last to learn when his friends finally get together
