So I recently rewatched the original Star Wars trilogy, got all the feels for Luke and Vader, and now I have my own little designs for my fave space twins!

My main inspiration for them was the medieval European-style of clothing, especially since some of the old illustrations have hair-buns like Leia’s! And also to add to that space fairytale vibe loll Her first two designs are travel dresses for “diplomatic missions,” the third is a redesign of her Bespin dress, and the final two are her regal robes on Alderaan (which we can imagine she wore for Return XDDD)

As for Luke, I really liked the idea of him wearing white at the start of his journey, then grey, then black as he’s tempted by the Dark Side. So I kept that with his designs here, showing his journey from Hope to Return! His white robe is pretty much based on his outfit from Hope, but I ended up adding the turtleneck for all his designs since Owen and Obi-wan both have them (and also to give him something to match with Leia loll).

In celebration of reaching 5000 followers on Instagram, I’m hosting my first ever DTIYS (Draw This In Your Style) Challenge. In this piece, I’m focusing on an older Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren on their quest to find Ezra Bridger.

the great thing about being an artist is that i can bring my self-indulgent ideas to life. anyway this is for an au where ahsoka gets thrown back in time to the old republic era. if u don't know what that is... pretend this is just an outfit redesign or smth lol

as these time travel aus tend to go, ahsoka touched some old relic she shouldn't have. most time travel aus use sith artifacts so for the sake of equality it was a jedi artifact this time.

she gets dropped out on tython and decides the Best Thing to do is pretend that she's totally of this era, yep, totally, 100%. but her knowledge of the era comes from like one single chapter out of a history textbook so this doesn't exactly work and she gets found out.

she passes the jedi council's vibe check (except for kaedan, because i'm pretty sure kaedan doesn't fuckin' like anybody) but to keep an eye on her, she's brought in as a padawan under orgus din. she doesn't like him.

yeah this is just the "ahsoka is the jedi knight" au i have to be honest

she and kira become best friends pretty quickly, but it's a bit of a role reversal than in the canon campaign: on account of ahsoka's age and being a Time Traveler™, kira is made a knight first and ahsoka is like her pseudo-padawan.

also when SOR happens she and theron also become good friends, even if theron has a heart attack and a half after he finds out about the time traveling thing, though that doesn't really matter because he has another one when he finds out ahsoka's been a solider since she was 14.

idk this au partly just exists for ahsoka to meet my other blorbos.
