Yes, that’s how crimes are investigated. With video evidence and nothing else ever. So if someone says, “Hey my neighbor robbed me, I know it was him because I saw his face clearly, and he broke my door down at such and such time when he thought I wasn’t home”, and it turns out the neighbor was out the country, the door is not broken, and the accuser was actually at work as verified by their coworkers at the time, then how is that NOT proving the claim false?

Sorry, I don’t take your opinion seriously on “flawed” and “unproven” when you think not pressing charges stops a rape from ever having occurred and will cite sources you can’t even find. So by looking at these statistics, I can come to the conclusion that the higher amount of claimed “rapes” (likely due to women lying about rape) is the reason for less cases sent to trial. Wow, it’s almost as if you’re making this too easy on me. 17000 “rapes”, 5400 go to trial, so 68% of rapes are false at minimum? Wow, guess I’ll start using that instead of 41%. Thank you.
