Our Mind, Body & Song course begins on Thursday 24th January at 7:15pm. Come along and learn the basics of singing, as well as all the many ways that singing boosts your health!

We’ve had some amazing ladies joining us over the last four weeks, learning how to sing in four-part harmony.  We taught them two songs in the barbershop style: Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah and Sweet Dreams by The Eurythmics.  We’re so proud of how well they’ve done!
