The past two months I have become significantly more depressed and anxious than I already was and it’s absolutely dreadful. I recently started seeing a personal counselor on my campus but it’s not very helpful. I also have an appointment with the school psychiatrist next week. At least I can say I am being proactive about my mental health. Gonna be a long road from here.
