Hot take Alastor doesn't hate anyone ever actually.

Ok sure he gets made at people momentarily but that's not the same as a persistent hate. So if a wild animal does something wrong like say hurt someone do you hate that animal? Porbaly not because while you might be upset it did that you understand that it was simply running on instinct. This is fundamental how Alastor sees people.

He doesn't think people can change. He thinks there set and the best one can hope for is curving the worst of someone's behavior situationally. If they can't change than it's not really there fault so he will just move on.

It's why he doesn't say tell Mimzy to stop useing him. He thinks she can't becuase it's in her nature. This is why when him and Vox where close he never established boundaries. Because if Vox is just like that there's no changeing him. This is why he doesn't hold Rosie's actions aginst her. She can't help being like that it's her nature.
