Is it better to be in a team with people you know or with a team of people from around the world. I don't have that many friends to make up a team. It would be my first year joining gishwhes.

I’m nominating my grandmother. Even though she hates social media im doing this for her. She is also a mini fan of supernatural. Her name is Leona Ella C. and she is the best person in the world to me. 5ft of concentrated sass and love. She is 98 years old and is still kicking it today. She lives on her own and is very healthy. The most bad ass woman I have ever met. She has been through so much from what she calls “breaking her ass” to flying off her front porch. (Barley a fracture by the way) there is nothing this woman can do. She is the most loving person you could possibly meet. All of my friends lover her and care for her. She impacts my life in so many ways. I’m very thankful to have her. About 2 weeks ago she was sent to the hospital because she fell (no broken bones or anything) but now she is in a medi lodge recovering. She is the only grandmother I have left. She has taught me so much over the years and made me laugh countless times. We make fun and tease each other all the time but it’s with love. She always told me to follow my dreams and be a good girl. To not be afraid of what others think of me. Be yourself. And never give up. There were times when she thought she was going and I was there to here everything. But she held on. Once she told me that she woke up to find God by her bed with his hand held out. But she kindly refused. She hasn’t finished her business here yet. She’s waiting until her 100th birthday. Which will be May 2nd 2018. She amazes me everyday and changed my life completely. I look up to my grandma. She is my inspiration. I want to be able to love laugh and love she she does. To be able to watch my kids grandkids and maybe even great grandkids grow up. I love her beyond imaginable. There not a doubt in my mind that she will make it to 100 years. But if she doesn’t, then I will forever hold onto the memory of her until the very end. She is my world.

ME2: HELL NO ARE YOU CRAZY?? I will never give up, Always Keep Fighting. I really want this, just bare with me for a couple more hours. or maybe at least for two more items?

ME: are you insane? that could take hours. their last blog post was over 3 hours ago, I cant want any longer.

ME2: please dude, ,am its my dream to do this kind of stuff. plus its practice for when I do my first GISHWHES this year. its gonna be so much fun

ME: have you have any idea what time it is???? 1:55 am you should not be up this late. you know you have trouble sleeping. why are you doing this to yourself.

ME2: BECAUSE I AM A SUPERNATURAL FAN AND I LOVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY AND HOW THEY HELP EVERYONE AROUND THEM. they inspire me to follow my dreams and be happy and help others. I love this fandom because I feel like I belong somewhere. I wold do anything for them (even if it means staying up all night to do a scavenger hunt) because I know that they would do anything for anybody.
