Producer/DJ Morpheus Jaxen is laying a marvelous foundation for his upcoming release entitled LeavingNormal with his earlier song "The Noise." The followup is the house-infused banger "Crank That Beat For Me." Here he brings the 90's vibe to the present and reaches far beyond into the future.

The Revealed Recordings boss and boundary-pushing producer, Hardwell, releases the teaser for the long waited collaboration track with Dutch shooting duo W&W, "Jumper". With the whole world watching, Hardwell has been undertaking a rapid transformation into the influential mega-star that he initially set out to be with only the power of music in his grasp. While opening his Tomorrowland liveset of last weekend with 'Jumper' and being named one of the absolute highlight sets of the 3 day festival with already over 1 million views in under two days youtu.be/ZG1AT6tylA4 Hardwell maintains his world-class output and demonstrates why he has been gaining so much attention.

His fellow Dutchmen, W&W, have also been on top of their game this year with releases like the Beatport chart-topper "The Code," released on Revealed Recordings so it was a simple decision to enlist them as collaborators for "Jumper". Paired together while touring, they have created a Summer festival anthem that will be heard on main stages, at clubs, and everywhere in between.

Haitus Kaiyote's Nakamarra sailed into our consciousness in the past few months like a warm summer breeze, we had to share.

Envision the band in the studio, tape machine going in the background. A huge studio console gather these lovely analog sounds. Or see yourself on a cool beach sipping a nice Corona as you watch sunset.

The remarkable aspect of this song is the breadth of the musical spectrum they present to their listeners. From the lead singers light and raspy voice to the phrasing on the chords of their keyboardist. The mix sits all the instruments well in a great space to really engulf you into the music.

A commenter of the video to this song put it best: 'That synth stab on the 2.... mmmmm then the arpeggio comes in...killer. followed by the breakdown. you're listening to the breakdown but all along you're just saying "i want that groove back" and then.... drums come back in with the low pass filter, wait a couple more seconds and you're right back with the main chord.'

Toro y Moi released So Many Details, a sensual tone with a great drum beat in 2012. It was the lead single off, "Anything In Return" which came out January 22nd of that same year and did very well.

If you understand the vibe he is trying to set here, a greater appreciate of the song will manifest in your ears. The groove and melody which he created would transform most atmospheres into a cool, spacious habitat for dope vibes.

"I didn't listen to the original. I was searching the 'net for acapellas. I also hit up a few A&Rs that I correspond with daily and one A&R from Epic passed me the vocal stems for this song. I loved her voice and vibe she created. It's sexy and I felt sexy that day in the studio. The remix just came out amazingly cool."

Throughout the ages, music has been used to produce trance-like or hypnotic stages of the mind. Music has definite effects on the mind. It can also affect the quality of dreams the listener experiences during sleep. Music with short, repetitive patterns can lull the listener into a relaxed state that segues easily into sleep. In fact, there is music, such as that by Liquid Mind, and many others that is specifically designed to induce a change of consciousness, resulting in an open mind that can yeild many interesting dreams.
