         █ Alright, since I pretty much was FORCED to take an extended leave (life has been hellish lately and doesn’t look like it’ll be letting up but I miss my bbys) I’m going to be dropping all unfinished threads since by now they’re all way in the past and a bit obsolete. Unless there’s one you REALLY want to see through to the end, we’ll just assume how it ended and just move on from there. So that means I’ll be purging my drafts, probably after work tomorrow to give people time to poke at me if they want to keep something going. Otherwise, everything will be fresh and continuing from a more current point in time. This doesn’t include the threads I just started with Eros and Tsuki, obviously, since they’re new.

                 This is an unofficial starter call, I guess. Hit me up if you want to do something new with the Dreamer. .

         █ It had taken nearly a week of drawing and redrawing up various designs and tossing them aside, constantly changing his mind on exactly what he wanted to do. Creating something in the physical world was always such a chore for him, but it had a tendency to make the results worthwhile when he managed to do something well; it had been the main reason he’d taken up baking, for starters. But creating something specifically for someone else, someone who mattered, it had him on edge.

                It had to be perfect.

                Arranged carefully in the stockroom, set just so with moonlight beaming through the window and bathing the room with a pale glow, he had to force himself to stop fussing with things; mess with something too much and it could be ruined, after all. Tsuki would be there soon, and Morpheus was just hoping that he liked his surprise...

      "I couldn’t agree more, love…” the Moon god confirms with a soft certainty, hands reaching out to take the Dreamer’s hands in his with a gentle smile on his lips. It could easily be said that he couldn’t remember the last time his heart had felt so warm in the presence of another like this, but he didn’t need to remember any other time;this was all there needed to be, this one and only eternal flame nestled in firmly within his chest. Morpheus was all he needed.

     Tsukiyomi gives a gentle squeeze to the other’s hands before slowly lowering them, taking an extra step forward instead to loosely wrap his arms over Morpheus’ shoulders, his smile brightening a little as he continued to speak gently, “There is absolutely no doubt that I need you..and that I adore all you have done and all that you do. I would much rather continue on this immortal walk of life with you than without you…”

         █ “To be completely honest, I’m...amazed that you don’t find me exceedingly boring. Even my own family tends to call me a bore most times.” It was mostly playful, though, his arms finding their way around Tsuki’s waist and pulling him closer. He felt safe, wanted...and really there was little more he could ask for. “You’ll have to tell me if you want to venture out once in a while...I’m afraid you ended up with a being that is content to just stay home most of the time. I’ve gotten quieter in my old age..”
