underrated character dynamic: People think Character A is a bad influence on Character B, and keep begging B to get out of that situation, but B is actually the one egging A on and people just assume it’s the other way around.

something I really like in fandom is how nonhuman humanoid characters get made this specific type of uncanny. Like, because humans are the only sentient species on the planet (probably?) and all characters have to be played by humans, a lot of nonhuman characters look human. They’re perfectly human looking they’re just strong/fast/have different needs/whatever. And then the fandom goes “yeah okay but what if they didn’t look like humans all the way.” Anyway fan artists who give nonhuman characters more nonhuman traits my beloved

#I’ve been watching a fair amount of Trigun stuff recently and the artists that give Vash features like fangs or glowing eyes are great #I’ve seen the spn fandom do similar stuff with angels and demons #I get it’s mostly a budgetary thing but if you’re going to make the creatures look like humans at least make them weird about it

Ways that sex is like a waffle maker:

1. Lots of people have one but you don't really think about it until they start talking about making waffles and you're like "oh shit they have a waffle maker"

2. Messy as fuck and you know what as far as I see it why even bother when you have pancakes, you don't need to bother with all those fluids and crevices with pancakes

3. WHY DOES EVERYONE AT THE WEDDING THINK YOU NEED ONE

4. Theoretically implied fun with whipped cream until it melts and starts soaking into shit

5. If you don't prep ur surfaces ur gonna have a bad time

6. It's fun in the kitchen but only on like special occasions cause again it's a pain in the ass to clean

I like to think the Eridians keep Grace’s habitat standing after he dies. They keep it a school, but it’s also kind of a memorial. Like “This is where our friend Grace lived. He risked everything to save us, so we built him this to keep him safe. And he still gave back to us, he taught us so much.” Probably a statue of him and Rocky there too, and Grace becomes this sort of cultural hero to the Eridians, like a teenage Eridian doesn’t wanna do their homework and their parents are like “Grace and Rocky didn’t travel all that way so you can neglect your education.” When there’s a big exam or something at the Grace Memorial School students will give the Grace statue a thumbs down for luck. Just, Grace being remembered as a teacher to the Eridians.
