so glad to see people being critical of neris. i thought i was delusional for thinking neris just… doesnt work the way people were saying they do. when so much of a ship relies on fanon characterization of one half of the ship, and yet the fanon characterization AND dynamic is treated as canon… i cant… especially when people say nesta deserved a king… she was literally groomed by her mother into achieving that marital status and you want.. what her mother wanted for her? IN THE AUTUMN COURT? theres just waaay too much assuming being done about how neris would have functioned for people to be saying nesta deserved eris over cassian…

maybe its cause i like nessian and i think people mischaracterize cassian to push their anti cassian/anti nessian/pro neris agenda… but 🤷‍♀️ anyway, i’m glad to be seeing the neris criticism!

I don’t think people realize how stupid rhysand was when giving cassian a diplomatic role. the first time we see cassian and nesta together the nc needs her help and her house to meet with the queens and what does cassian do? he calls her out on shit he doesn’t anything about when they need her help. I don’t have to explain how insulting the person you need help from it’s a dumb thing to do.

please let him be a general and do NOT give him diplomatic roles unless you want to exclude your court from the political scenario.

does anyone have any tips or advice for getting back into witchcraft? i was super into it a few years ago but i got so busy and lacked energy and motivation :,,( and i really want to be more intentional with it. i’m looking for moooore low energy/minimalistic witchy tips and advice so i can establish a routine with it and then expand my practice :,) OH! i am also an artemis devotee too :,,,) so yeah

I love sigils, there are a lot of ways to make them and theyre relatively easy to do. I personally love making them out of symbols that are related to my intention for making

I dont care much for candle colors but sometimes I'll tie the corresponding ribbon/string color around the candle if I feel like I need it

spells using herbs and spices in the kitchen is great- I either just look up meanings online or go with whatever feels right, Ive heard of people using it in cooking too and being intentional with what is used

low energy kinda (?) and often just good for you is to go on walks and get in touch with nature- best in like a nearby trail but even just admiring the trees and everything around you on a neighborhood walk would be nourishing to the soul

a lot of times I get a piece of paper and write all of my intentions down for a spell and add whatever else feels necessary for it

I pay attention to the moon cycle and tend to admire it from time to time- ties into #4 but get connected with the world even if its just looking out your window or sitting/laying outside

for routine- drawing a tarot card(s) every day, having plants to look after, daily small offerings of cool outside things from walks or even just from near where you live, I love drying/pressing flowers as well which could be good for that? Deities are not in my practice so I dont know

at the end of the day you are you and your life is important and so is everybody else's and we are all collages of all the people we have known and loved and cared for as well as our life experiences- hold your connections close and care for people
