Who took over Steven's position when he retired anyhow? I heard it was Wallace
In the canon of the games, yes! But on this blog Steven stone is still the champion

Okay I know you used to be a Gym Leader, but you're neighbors and friends with the former Hoenn Champion?
That's awesome!
Most of the gym leaders, elite four members, and champions within their respective regions know each other, and are typically on good terms!
There are even yearly meetings between them to discuss techniques and methods to better themselves as leaders
Why Steven Stone moved to Mossdeep, I don’t know, but I’d like to point out it was my family’s gym first
~ Circe
Yes actually! Some don’t think gym leaders should have overlapping Pokémon with other leaders. Even to the point of bad blood in some cases

What is this, bully the geologist day?
Ok to be fair Steven is kind of a dork, but we love him.
-anonymous Mossdeep Space Center worker
Steven Stone has been my neighbor for many years and deserves derision for how many nights he woke me up to show me a stone or rock he found
He’s also one of my best friends and our Pokémon have play dates

Steven Stone regularly sends his friends pictures of stones and fossils he’s found with unconventional captions.

"That really Rocks Steven!"
-Wallace, fondly recounting.
Alternatively his friends have been heard to take pictures of ridiculous 'rocks' to tease him. Latest leak was Flannery sending a picture of a half burried Torkel asking what kinda rock it is.
Sometimes I send Steven Stone pictures of my Metagross’s claws and ask if it’s a new species of rock

My young daughter likes to pull my Cranidos around in a wagon she ties to the back of her bicycle. She puts a little helmet on him every time and when I told her his head is already well-protected she said "He still needs to be safe!"
That’s so precious, what an adorable family you have!

Recently there has been a photo going on the internet about a Garchomp riding a motorbike. It’s not the Garchomp controlling the vehicle, it’s her 5’1 trainer aka my mother riding the bike with her Garchomp sitting in the back.
:D

Here’s your dose of serotonin coming from me: Dragon types wags their tails when they are happy, and it can easily knock over a 6,3 person. This observation was made by me from watching my best friend’s dragon types
I have a flygon, and let me tell you I totally get what you mean

Towel Garchomp trainer here, I just wanted to add that he's a giant softy despite how tough he looks. Really helpful around the house too, especially when it comes to getting things on high shelves.
Every Garchomp I’ve met has been a big goofball

The Garchomp line are the most likely Dragon types to have hanging tongue syndrome. Their bleps are permanent.
And dear god their breathing is loud

To be absolutely fair, it *is* absolutely adorable when Mudkips do the headbutting thing, even if it is painful. As the owner of two of the little guys, they're worth every trip to the doctor.
Mudkip headbutt injuries are so common that people have started referring to it as "being kipped". I got kipped just last week when my Mudkip got overexcited.
How does one go about knitting a sweater for a Metagross?

Your telling me Clefairy are like those foam capsules?
~ Circe
Aren't the Cleffa line also extraterrestrial?
According to their Pokédex entries, the line commonly appear after meteor showers. So it’s entirely likely they, like Jirachi, enter cryptobiosis when in unsustainable environments and once hydrated regain their forms
~ Circe
My insanely sweet Mudkip headbutted my Lucario which caused him to fall backwards...into a pile of cold, fresh mud. And Lucario absolutely hates it when his fur gets a little bit dirty. I had to physically drag Lucario away so Mudkip wouldnt get absolutely pummeled. Lucario has been cleaned up and is glaring at Mudkip from across the room
Mudkip rolled a nat 0 and literally everything went wrong from there
