We were awake for almost 20 hours yesterday. Just couldn't sleep. And because our gastroparesis is in a flair we've been dealing with bad nausea and stomach pain. We've been barley eating or drinking because it just hurts so bad. We have to force ourselves to eat. (We also missed our meds yesterday because of the nausea and pain)

Thankfully before we finally went to sleep we got our refill of our inhaler so our breathing got a little easier. (Gonna take a few days of taking meds to get it to a more manageable level tho probably. Because it's still bad today)

Our mom asked us when we woke up a little bit ago if we're feeling any better. Like... Define better...

Because we're still tired and exhausted and dealing with extreme fatigue and pain. We ate some breakfast so we could take meds so our stomach is in bad pain again with nausea. We're really dehydrated because we can barely drink anything (again because of the nausea and pain) which is bad because we're supposed to be drinking closer to 4 letiers day and take lots of sodium for our dysautonomia. Sitting up takes too much strength and energy and hurts bad to do. We need to start putting lots of time between eating and drinking because of the nausea/pain and how much energy digestion takes.

The only difference between yesterday and today is the wired feeling of not being able to sleep brought is gone now. Sleep didn't do anything else for us (well it also gave us a break from having to exist consciously for a little bit but it didn't let us feel rested or any less tired)
