Yet again, I made a thing and forgot to post it.

I think for the first 20 years of their relationship, He Xuan and Hua Cheng were genuinely at odds with each other. As two brilliant men capable of great violence, who had both gone through the same trials, it's no surprise that they would basically employ Cold War tactics. There’s information gathering. There are spy wars. They see each other and try to size each other up, and conflict between them always seems to be looming in the background.

Then Blackwater sneaks into Paradise Manor, opens a cupboard, and thousands of scrolls fall out to the point that he falls backwards, knocking over a vase and staring in confusion at the most lovingly rendered beautiful images of Xie Lian in his flower-crowned martial glory, and a slightly embarrassed Hua Cheng, who says his snooping sucks.

He Xuan is now in debt, as the vase was a Xianle relic and therefore very expensive, and also Hua Cheng probably beats his ass a little, which He Xuan accepts and then moves on because it’s hard to be terrified of a man who drew art with Hua Cheng X Xie Lian written in love hearts on it.

I'm happy to finally announce that I've translated my new zine featuring comics about my favourite tgcf minor characters :3

The zine is 28 pages long! It features two main stories about He Xuan and Feng Xin, two one-page mini-comics, and exclusive illustrations 💐

I plan to open orders next week, along with a reprint of the Hua Cheng comic "Star of Misfortune"🥰
