Allright, so the before picture here was april 2017. I didn’t start my diet/exercise/lifestyle change until March of 2018 but I didn’t know that picture existed. I was one to shy away from any and all pictures of me that were full body shots. But it made me feel really good when I found that and compared it to current pictures. The right is me from sunday.

I havent really posted anything about it on any of my social media but the last 3 months I’ve been transforming the way I eat/more active. I’ve lost 50~ lbs since february but the last couple weeks I’ve been struggling due to a plateu/stall on the scale. So I was looking through some pictures and unfortunately when I was at my largest there arent a lot of full body shots of me. However I did find one that made me feel like I’ve acomplished a shit ton. So I figure in my quest for much needed extra motivation - I’ll post them here.
