Octavio going completely missing after his boss fight at the beginning of rotm and only reappearing during the final boss, even though he fell into the same entrance to alterna as neo agent 3, is a disappointing aspect of the story mode to me. It would have been nice to see him interact with Callie, Marie, and Captain 3 as allies with a common interest, instead of enemies. He could have set up his own little camp in alterna where he would work on fixing the octobot king l3.gs.

why are you in the key art but barely present in the story
