Hey uhhh there's this other weird project I've seen that uses your art I think it's called Haunted Scarps or something? What's up with that? Are they stealing from you? Do you know anything about it?

Ahh, I believe you might have stumbled across Haunted Scrapyard!! (Haunted Scarps is glorious though that got a solid laugh outta me #myscarps) It's an original project I'm working on with my friends; so I absolutely do know about it and no art stealing happening here, no worries :D thank you for the concern!

Haunted Scrapyard is a chaotic, fun time with ghosts, shinanigans and-like the name implies- a whole lot of haunted robots.

It's currently much under development though, and I'm the kind of person that prefers to share only when I have things mostly mapped out. So the bulk of the art & writing I’ve done for it is behind the scenes for now. Here's a little sneak peek of what I've been doing for it :D

Hi, I'm the person who writes the blurbs about your creatures. You're fine for taking a second to respond? I don't mind literally at all? Don’t feel like you need to apologize? It's nice that you're taking the time out of your day to respond, I'm just writing these for people to enjoy. Also, the art you make of Key interacting with the animals is super cute!

I'll probably start signing these so if anyone else wants to write things (which I heavily encourage, including the ones I've written about, make up your own stuff! It's very fun) it can be more easily differentiated.

Hello! Just wanted to say that looking through your Lighthouse Bloom stuff truly is like a motivation injection straight to the artistic part of my brain. It's so utterly creative and charming that it makes me want to pick back up my own potential game worlds that I haven't touched because ' it'll never be a game what's the point ?'

But looking through your stuff has kinda snapped me outta that, because so what if it never becomes a game? As long as I have fun that's what counts. I know it's a simple message, but sometimes we genuinely forget it. So, thank you.

Thank you so much!!!! Yes!!! When it comes to anything I create, I'm straight up just. having a blast. I love what I do!! I think it serves all of us well to be reminded once in a while to just relax and have fun makin' stuff :D

I hope you don't mind me answering both of the asks in one; even more wonderful exploration for the handkerchovies giving the little blankets more thoughts on functionality is awesome, and the facts about keeping them in captivity is!! :(( Augh very unfortunate, but it definitely sounds like something that would happen when it comes to keeping fish like that, that's so clever I adore that idea!!!

AND THE ARMY POLLY!! All their little defense mechanisms explained yes yesss >:D I definitely imagined their tail having some functionality akin to this while drawing them, so reading details like that that put more thought into their designs is just. Muah. Chefs kiss
