When I joined #nrclondon in January I could barely run a 10 minute mile and I definitely couldn't manage more than a mile and half in one go. Tonight I ran almost 8k at an 8:58 pace and I have my first ever race on Monday 😬. I have adored running with this gang every Wednesday and with the Kings Road ladies on a Monday and I can't wait to come back after the break to work towards bigger (longer?) and better things. #getmetothetrails So thanks @nikerunning I ❤️ you.
