Walmart dynamic pricing
so there was a recent article about PA looking to regulate dynamic pricing on essentials. The writer said nothing about what the regulations would entail beyond your not allowed. Instead, they spoke to Walmart employees who said they’re not allowed to increase prices during the day, so they don’t need regulation. That the digital stickers save them hours of work at night, when they close. So obviously that night time is spent helping customers during the day. That dynamic pricing on essentials creates ‘savvy shoppers’ like with airline tickets. The writer verified the employee’s claims by checking the price of eggs a whole two times one day.
I’m sorry, I don’t want weekly grocery shopping to be like shopping for a plane ticket, a notoriously enraging endeavor. AJ Sisson, you are a hack, a tool, and a corporate sell out of the highest order.
if I can figure out how to link, I’ll put it here.
