Golden Dreams Marketplace at #ATouchofDisney was one of the best booths at the festival. Located right outside of Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Grizzly Peak, it will probably be one of the most popular kiosks at the festival: 1️⃣ Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Wings served with Togarashi aïoli (from Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar) ($8 which came with 4 pieces). The wings were crispy and fresh. The sauce itself wasn’t spicy at all but more like a tangy sweet and sour sauce and the aïoli added more flavors but also complimented the spice to cool it off. 2️⃣ Carbonara Mac and Cheese ($7.50) with white cheddar cheese sauce topped with Nueske’s Bacon, Parmesan, and red pepper panko crumbs. It was really rich and creamy and had a little kick to it from the red pepper, but nothing too overwhelming. We also had the Strawberry-Rose Lemonade (non-alcoholic) ($5.50) but I forgot to take a picture of it! I guess we were too thirsty 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would definitely get all 3 items again at this kiosk! from MeridaFan #MouseWait -- A #Disneyland stay is not complete for us without a lovely tea served by #Steakhouse55 at the #DisneylandHotel. Alice in Wonderland is the current theme! Everything was delicious and wonderful, as usual. The #Mickey scone you see top right was a butterscotch scone. Yum! A plain round one was also included. Both are served with orange curd, raspberry jam, and clotted cream (not shown). I don’t remember what any of the savories were. We just ate and enjoyed them all. 😂The egg had some gold dust on it. That was cool. I think the yolk was beet-infused. It tasted good, anyway. 😂. The white fluff on top in the top middle pic was cotton candy. There were fresh blueberries in that ‘sandwich’ as well. Now, to the important stuff—the desserts! My favorite was that cute red and white mushroom. It was a cream puff, with, I think a strawberry cream filling. The stem, which you can’t see, was a cute little Rice Krispie treat. The strawberries were decorated as The Cheshire Cat and Tweedle Dee or Dum. That adorable white chocolate teacup held chocolate pudding. The macaron was tasty. I’m not sure what the flavor was. It wasn’t anything that stood out. Maybe just almond cream? Mushroom cream puff and chocolate covered strawberries were my favorites. All in all a very delightful midday tea, and yes, we will definitely do this again! 😊
