• You must be following/like this page to enter/win.
• You can submit as many photos as you want, within reason.
• Once an entry has been submitted it cannot be changed. So make sure you submit the correct and final version of your image. Photos may be removed for copyright reasons or if any cheating has occurred.
• Entries submitted to this contest will not be re-sold, unless an agreement or consent has been given by the submitter. The rights to prints will be discussed on an as needed basis.
• By submitting an entry to this contest, the contestant grants Mousey Cosplay and Kaitlin Francis the right to freely publish said image online or in printed media in relation to the contest or in promotion of the cosplay page, without remuneration.
• Prizes: Three grand prize (3) winners will be chosen. Additional winners may be added for honors.
o First (1st) place: $50 visa gift card.
o Second (2nd): $20 visa gift card.
o Third ( 3rd): $5 visa gift card.
• All entries must be submitted via email ([email protected] ) with this form to enter:

• Images received through comments or posts to the respected pages will not count.
• The contest is international and is open to everyone, regardless of nationality or age.
• If you have an image in the contest you cannot vote for your own entry.
• The winner will be determined 40% by public vote and 60% by the judge’s votes.
• The Judges votes will be based on the following criteria:
o Overall creativity and concept
o Creative adaptation
o Visual impact
o Technical skills
• All entries must be submitted by the deadline of 12:00pm June 1st 2015.
• Participation is free of charge.
• Kaitlin Francis, contest judges and their immediate family/spouses may not participate.
• Modifying, enhancing or altering someone else’s submission does not constitute an original, valid contest entry. In other words don’t take someone else’s submission and ‘touch it up’ without permission.
• Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
• Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay assume all entries are original creations and the work and property of the entrant with all rights granted therein. The participant retains the copyright of the submitted image.
• Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay reserves the right to remove material deemed to be abusive, harmful, harassing, pornographic or in other ways unsuitable for display at www.facebook.com. We reserve the right to use our discretion on this point.
• The submitted images must have a watermark of your own making. Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay are not to be held responsible for any stolen artwork.
• After the votes cast have been tallied, the winner will be asked to submit the original image file for his/her submission for examination without watermark. If this reveals a breach of contest rules/requirements, Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay may at their digressions disqualify the winner. Failure/refusal to submit the original image file for examination will result in the disqualification of the entry, and the entry in second place will move up to first place.
• The submission with the highest score wins. If there is a draw, the judges’ votes get preference. The winner decision will be final; no discussion will be entered into.
• Attempts at obtaining added personal voting power by registering multiple accounts or otherwise exploit the system, is strictly forbidden. Attempts at doing so may result in the voiding of votes cast and/or the removal of any entries submitted by the offender. Our decision in this respect will be final; no correspondence will be entered into. However, those entering may share the entire album of entries or their own entry on their pages, feed, or any groups they are members of. This includes pages outside of Facebook.
• Kaitlin Francis and Mousey Cosplay reserves the rights to, if necessary, modify the rules and/or proceedings of the contest, in order to stamp out cheating, fraud, etc. I have taken the necessary steps to monitor the proceedings of the contest in their entirety, and will actively root out any attempts at cheating.
• Entries not complying with the contest rules are subject to disqualification without prior warning.
The official judges are Mousey Cosplay ,Yamino, Tiffany Kelly, Jamie Knapp and James K Hamilton.
