It’s Spring Cleaning time and I found this sketch of a scene from The King of Attolia in a pile of old homework papers.  ”Certified Packing and Moving” at the top tells me that it was probably written in 2004 or 2005, around the time we moved from California to Ohio—so this isn’t an early draft, probably more of a “back to the drawing board” moment.
