#StardustSunday week 4! Rocking the sorta traditional anime lead character look while not actually being the lead character, Noel is a kinda quiet, introverted, stubborn dude with a calm heart, a strong sense of justice and a competitive streak. He and Eliot (next week's char) have known each other since they were young when they started doing martial arts together. They stumble across Tay for the first time early on in the story while skipping classes. Working on making his State hair shape not look like Goku's SSj, so it's currently sorta sticking out in 3 different ways due to the way it's parted in his regular form.
