and that is a WRAP. I started posting this comic May 2025, but I started planning it in late 2024, so this has been a year and a half in the works. 18 pages may not be a lot, but this was a huge undertaking for me. this comic means a lot to me and so does transfem dipper! i have so many thoughts on her and her road to self discovery and finding comfort in who she is... i love trans joy!!!! i have other comics scripted like: her talking thru what her name might be, her coming out to mabel (who is obvs the first person she tells!), her experimenting with femininity and what it means to her (as well as more masc presenting stuff, and how feeling more comfortable about herself makes her feel about that too), etc. But if there's anything in particular u guys are interested in seeing LMK lets talk!!! tell me what you think too!!!! I want to know EVERYTHING!!!!!!

as for the comic itself, i find that the hardest part of working on this was feeling stuck in a color palette that I don't think I even liked by the end of it LOL. i usually stick to flats when i color for good reason. im not good at lights and shadows, so this was... challenging. ill likely stick to flats next time i make a comic. BUT Im really happy that i finished it and it ended up being so much better than I had originally thumbnailed it out to be back in 2024. i changed and added and deleted stuff, i was really indecisive. but it turned out! thank you all for reading. for those of you who followed me cuz of it, thanks for sticking around for so long!

and finally, don't let anyone tell u transfem headcanons make no sense. im real sick of hearing it, personally. do the things that make sense to u.

its honestly probably a good thing dipper didn't really have access to journal 2 for any extended amount of time bc he would've managed to be an even bigger menace than gideon with it. would've been a mad wizard causing havoc to the town every day within the week. boy had journal 3 which has only a handful of spells and still got almost everyone killed with the zombie spell bc he went fuck it and cast it without much forethought.

Do you guys ever think about how sleep-deprived Stan was to keep up with his Mr. Mystery work by day and portal work at night and considered that the twin's mannerisms sometimes overlapped Ford so hard it must have freaked him out and also that he wasn't sure if his brother was alive on the other side?

✨Neurodivergent Pines Twins✨ return at last!! This time, they battle the executive dysfunctions with the power of body doubling!

I feel like Dipper's neurodivergence presents super differently from Mabel's, where he tends to have the opposite problem as her, with finding schoolwork (almost too) easy, but struggling with daily tasks like cleaning. But this doesn't stop them from supporting each other!

I think they also both struggle with socializing sometimes (with Dipper overthinking/overanalyzing and Mabel having social cues fly blissfully over her head) and hyperfixating on stuff SUPER HARD.
