A flash back to the past

A four year old bakon is strolling around the house gathering paper, string and other materials he could find but he can’t find something perfect in desperation he checks downstairs to see where his parents are the coast is clear, time for operation m-day plan B to begin :D To him it seems both the kitchen and the living room are empty so he makes his way outside just before he hears a cough behind him turning around he sees it’s his mother, hedone stares at bakon before starting her interrogation “son what are you planning on doing?” UH-UHH NOTHING :X he said in fear like a liar his mother stares at him while he visibility sweats in fear in hopes his plans aren’t found out but to his horror the worst came “then why are you approaching the front door, y’know I heard everything.” She retorted even further adding on she even grabbed bakon in something like a hug and almost teared up saying “ my son, my boy you better not be participating in those dangerous activities right? You aren’t a bad child” of course mom why would you think I would do that I’m the most careful when it comes to doing things outside :) (loud incorrect buzzer) she lets go and bakon SPRINTS to the door leaving and entering the forest running and running until he sees a pond and there seems to be someone fishing there and bakon decides to inspect some stones for a moment there was silence until the person fishing got a bite and reeled his fish and then that’s when he notices bakon, startled he shouts a “WOAH” before adjusting himself after realizing it’s just a kid confused he asks the kid a simple question “hey whatcha doin there? Y’know the forest ain’t the best place to get stones, there could be living things underneath them or hungry animals that’ll mistake you for food and you wouldn’t be able to defend yourself since you’re probably 3 or 4 years old or something” bakon nonchalantly answers the question well I’m collecting the perfect stones for my mama cause it’s Mother’s Day and I think mom would like the gift I’m planning for her, also the pond here is the nearest thing I know that has free stones I mean all I need is a perfect one and that’s all, I’m sure it’ll be quick, by the way what’re you doing in the woods? Are you fishing for your mom? “No” said the man “I lowkey forgot today is Mother’s Day but I’m actually fishing here for my friends” and as he said that he seemingly had an epiphany “WAIT I HAVE A FRIEND WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP WITH YOUR MOTHER’S DAY GIFT” but despite the excitement of the man bakon shushes the idea with his index finger to his lips I want to do this gift with no help and all my effort plus I want it to be a surprise :) disappointed the man still asks one question “what’s your name?” And bakon gives it before asking the man’s name “my name is jolvfer9847, but you can just call me jolvfer” and by the end of the conversation bakon finally finished collecting the rocks he needed he runs home and notices it’s already dawn so he must hastefully hurry up his gift and once checking the coast is clear in the house he hurries to his room to make a rock tied necklace and a drawing of him and mom happy before grabbing a gift box his dad used on his birthday and stuffing in the items inside before rewrapping them and going downstairs where he finds his mom alone watching tv, appears to be some news channel that Is talking about some incident or whatever and then bakon goes behind the couch and taps his mom’s shoulder turning around to see it’s her son she tightly hugs her son before asking “my baby where have you been I’ve been searching around the streets and no one has seen you there, where were you”

Oh I was in the Forrest creating something, it’s my Mother’s Day gift, happy Mother’s Day mama :D

He pulls out a present and once hedone opens it she drops the box before tightly hugging bakon

“This is the best gift you’ve gave me son :)”

Don’t worry mom I’ll make even more and better gifts for you even when I’m older :D

He reads it..

The letter says “gone fishing, just found out the weird spots I have are a fungal infection oh and go narrate what’s going on with bakon it’s been a while now -the author”

Rightfully confused because who the hell would just dropped that especially to their own characters rather than someone else they know especially since he knew the author was the type of person to just say it outright rather than her just telling him he blurted out a simple “why would you waste my own personal post with a status update???”

Anyway now the narrator is just staring at where bakon could be at his current point and it seems to be..something I suppose, still the narrator debates whether he in his glory should just say it or wait till author is done with whatever she is doing

Ok so since I finally wrote down the full in depth summary of what happened to me while I was gone (and a bit before I was gone too) which for those that haven’t seen it yet here’s the links but now I think I might also might do a poll soon on that acc on how I should do Lethe’s story since I am unsure whether I should do it comic format or the usual format or something more unique
