Uhhh so yeah, I really like Ralsei and Seam and would love to have them interact in a future chapter :p

Also this entire comic is based around an idea that has been existing in my head for a while; If the ThornRing is obtained through the sacrifice of multiple darkners and an important character such a Berdly, why would then the PureShadowCrystal being the other half of the TwistedSword not also cost something... Valuable.

I think that creating something so dark such as a PureShadowCrystal will need something like: "The full darkness of a darkner, not being capable of "being" ever again.

Deltarune has explored the different sides of virtues in Undertale such as Kindness with Susie, Bravery with Noelle, LOVE with Kris and their loving yet violent past, etc... So I thought, can something like HOPE be something uh, not entirely positive?

Seam is a very Hopeless character, at least at the start. Everytime the Heroes manage to defy a new Shadow boss they get more and more hopeful. So at the peak of that Hope;

Wouldn't giving the heroes a tool capable of defying fate, so dark that it might even help them divert the prophecy, a perfect new purpose?

(Plus considering the fact they seem to enjoy fights, also that Seam's theme has a very heavy RUDE BUSTER melody)

After all:

Neither Light nor Dark hold a future for a Darkner in my condition.

And I wonder, if I hadn't been asked to lock him up...

Would I have found a little more purpose in my life...?

Watched halfbreadchaos’s video on Ramb, and one key detail glossed over was that the mantle was stolen from seam. Implying that if ramb was Eram, then Seam and ramb know each other enough that Ramb would nab Seams stuff. Thought about it for a bit, and yeah Ramb fits the category for “Seam’s type” so I jest that he’s Seam’s ex-husband and Ramb took the metaphoric kid (The mantle).

Instead of writing an actual post on this, I draw jokes instead. Love and life I suppose.
