I forgot to update here, but my little old man did very well at the appt with his new vet 🥹 She was very impressed with him and she said with how well it appears he's doing she never would have know he's 10 1/2. Good flyer, good feathers, good grip, clear voice, bright eyes, good breathing...

My concerns may just be related to aging issues. She gave me a list of supplements to give to him to help him remain comfortable and so that we can potentially weed things out and go from there if there is something underlying.

But for an elderly budgie, she feels like he's doing very well 🥺 and she called me a good budgie parent hehe...

If I'm not around or super active for the next few days/weeks or so.. i haven't disappeared. I may be having to say goodbye to my 10 1/2 year old elderly budgie soon. And when my birds are not okay, that's all I can focus on and I just want to be with them and help them in any way I can..

I regret not being able to snap many of my own pics. There were a lot of UTDR cosplays this year and I wanted so badly to explode into a pile of rainbows and confetti, but I held myself together.

Just a random thought that probably means nothing.

I also just like to think too much and too hard about things that ultimately don't mean anything and don't matter. Also I just love Jevil and Deltarune, so that's all I think about. BUT ANYWAY!

But since it was brought up again in ch 5, my precious Jevil crumb that I devoured oh so gratefully, the break between Seth and Ralsei.

The bird.

In Jevil's Pirouette ACT, when the little bird flies across the screen, it says:

*What!

*It's nothing but a useless bird!

What if it's referring to.... Normal NPC? Only appearing to be a useless bird.. when in fact they have always had something suspicious going on about them?

But yeah. Just a thought. Ignore me.
