You know you're messed up when you got to ask yourself if you're actually happy or only happy because you surround yourself with happiness. When being alone and sober leads to you sobbing in the dark. When you start to question the million things about the thing actively making you sad only to discover a million more ways your hurting and you really don't know a solution besides emptying a gin bottle down your throat. You know you're messed up when writing about it on your blog is the only solace you can manage because you don't have anyone you can talk to about it.

tbh you get so used to your mental illness that its not even like “oh god this cant be happening” like it used to be. its just like lol “here we go again another mood drop” “oh well would u look at that i cant stop shaking” “what do you know? i dont feel anything” and its such normalcy to you that it becomes this dreadful routine that never ends and the worst part about all of it is that you dont care anymore

This is stupid. I hate it. I find a girl she's lovely and beautiful and equally as interested as I am. And I adore my time with her yet here I am alone in bed feeling stupidly miserable for no reason when finally things get a little better. Why do I have to feel so conflicted?
