But then I sat there and thought about who Sparrow is. He is a guy whose main interests are sneakers and football. SNEAKERS AND FOOTBALL. That's the most straight guy shit I can think of.

I think he's the type of guy who acts strangely homosexual to his favorite athlete. Like how certain boys are with LeBron James. I think if Sparrow was real he would be one of those guys on TikTok who makes edits like

This. And he just thinks it's the hardest shit ever. Just thinks it's soooo tuff. He'd watch those edits that just spam flashes and he'd be so hyped.

I really thought he was bi and I'm not gonna lie I'm a little disappointed he's not. But I can very much believe he's a straight dude. A straight dude with horrible game (his voicelines with Loba kill me)

I've seen so many people ship Sparrow with Loba and Mirage and tbh I find it so gross. He's 20 years old. On the dot 20. Not 26 like Octane and Lifeline, who even then is still trying to figure their lives out, but 20. Sure it's legal, he's still technically a grown man. But he's very much still figuring out how to function without his family. I'm not gonna sit here and be like "Anyone who ships these are disgusting freaks" because that's not right. I just want to add my two cents

IM SO EXCITED FOR THE NEW SEASON. Since the writers strike and voice actor strike is now over I really really really hope they start to do something with the lore again.

On my hands and knees and pleading for more sparrow interactions. I love that silly Italian.

I wanna see him interact with crypto so badly. The "bounty hunter" and the "on the run" dynamic is SOO GOOD (not in a ship way 🫩) if not then I really hope he interacts with Caustic since apparently (I learned this from a Tumblr comment section and haven't fact checked) Sparrow's sister is planning on pursuing Caustic. OUGHH THE LORE.

ALSO NEW BANGALORE NEW CASTLE LORE. I really hope he apologizes or something. I really wanna like him but I keep remembering what he did to Bangalore and I get mad.

I'm really sad we're probably never gonna see a personalized heirloom event again. Universal heirlooms just feel so corporate and empty :(

The bat is cool and all but I would 100% prefer a personalized heirloom for legit any character that doesn't have one.

I don't understand why Fuse isn't hated. He's an asshole. I might be wrong because it's been awhile since I've been into apex. But from what I remember. After his home (Salvo) joined the syndicate he immediately joined the Apex games, completely abandoning not only his people, but Maggie too. This wouldn't be a problem if the Syndicate was actually a fair government. They came in and destroyed the Salvonian way of life and actively took supplies away from Salvo, an already poor and struggling planet. And where was Fuse? Off enjoying the glory of being an Apex Champion while Maggie fought for her home. He hides behind this facade of being this cool, down to earth guy. Calming to be a proud Salvonian. But where was he when his people needed him?

And on top of this, I hate the way he treats Mad Maggie. I'm not sure if he's still like this, but I remember when she was first added to the game he acted like she was just utterly insane. And sure, maybe from an outside stand point she can come off that way. But he knows her! He knows how much her home means to her! He knows that syndicate coming in and changing/destroying everything she knows destroys her. And it should do the same to him! Even going out of his way to call her crazy to the other legends.

Mad Maggie has every single right to hate his guts. First she finds out her home is getting sold to the Syndicate, then her best friend and partner in crime just decides he's gonna up and leave! No amount of apologizing can make up for what he did to her.

I REALLY HATE FUSEHOUND

It's so incredibly stupid that a person like bloodhound. Someone who values their home and their people so deeply. Would get with a guy like FUSE. A dude who ABANDONED his planet and people after it was sold to a syndicate. A government that is NOTORIOUS for being oppressive. Hell (I think) the syndicate was the one to destroy bloodhounds planet with the whole epicenter explosion.

It's so incredibly out of character for them. I hate that this ship will probably always be a part of the game.

I really really hope they do something with Sparrow and Crypto in the lore. It's such a good storyline just sitting there! Sparrow, a born and raised bounty hunter who's desperate for his family to accept him again. And Crypto, A man with a MASSIVE bounty on his head and has been on the run for YEARS.

I know the lore is practically dead right now but I'm really hanging onto hope they will do something with this
