Dylan Ratigan actually did it last June. He left his successful, eponymous MSNBC show, and New York City, behind him, moved to the country outside San Diego, and invested the earnings from his most recent book (along with a loan from Whole Foods) to build a 30,000-square-foot high-yield hydroponic organic greenhouse. He’s going back online and on-air now to promote the new farm, in hopes of building it into a nationwide network that offers productive and socially positive employment to veterans.

Josh helped us out Catering in Costa Mesa recently and the customer was happy.

You ready for Oktoberfest? We are! Mr. Hot Bunz has been getting ready to cater some Oktoberfest events. The whole crew has been in the test kitchen to make sure everything comes out just right!

We even went out to Oktoberfest in HB last weekend and saw the weenie dog races! To get everything right we have sourced some great ingredients for the buns, bratwurst, and mastered the onions. So tasty!

This event was a celebration of life and it truly touched us to be a part of it.  

We catered taco's in Oceanside! Each catering event sometimes presents it's own challenges.  Catering at Oceanside State Beach presented us a new challenge setting up and cooking with sand being the enemy but we welcomed it.

Busy weekend! Barely reading the news! Snooki had her baby, Bill Nye battled about evolution, and we lost Neil Armstrong. I laughed at the people on facebook who thought it was Lance Armstrong.
