Entropy follows Akio, a young trans boy who struggles to find his place. He runs into Daniel Entropy, a mysterious gentleman who offers him escape. However, this comes at a cost. Akio now finds himself with a mask stuck to his face, and is suddenly thrust into the hidden world of Ukiyo, a place he once thought he knew. He makes friends and foes alike, who all possess this strange ability known as tamashii, the manifestation of one’s soul.

Accompanied by Detective Drew Nycto, Akio begins his search for a way to take off his mask and uncover the dark truth behind entropy…
