Baked chicken meatballs for last night's dinner. The rest of the meals are Saturday's. Protein pikelets with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit. Homemade Bolognese sauce with zucchini noodles. Hamburer minus the cheese and bun!
Dinner was a zucchini slice that had zucchini, smoked beef, onion, garlic, egg, almond meal, Himalayan salt and pepper. Was delicious!!! Lunch was left over baked chicken meatballs, raw cauliflower and olives.
First two pics are the same - leftovers from last night. I had a sugar craving today so I made a smoothie with water, a scoop of pea protein, cherries and strawberries...really hit the spot! Dinner was an eye fillet steak with coriander pesto and roasted cauliflower and coleslaw mix (no mayonnaise or dressing).
After a day of fasting, made this for dinner. My version of fried rice - chicken, freekah, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, egg, rice wine vinegar, cashew nuts, cashew spread, tamari, chillie, himalayan salt, pepper, coriander and mint.

Coriander from my mum's neighbour's garden. Made a dairy free pesto with it that was amazing. The only ingredients are coriander, roasted cashews, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
