Close Enough is over

As many of you will know close enough will not have more seasons. This news makes me very angry, more being a fan of JG. Close enough was a show with problems from the beginning being released 3 YEARS after its announcement and now having started production and the storyboards hbo cancels it in a disrespectful way towards the crew, towards the fans and towards animation in general.

I'm disappointed, angry and I still don't understand this STUPID decision. 

I still have a minimal hope that the series will return but I prefer not to get my hopes up.

My only wish right now is that JG can show off his immense talent in a studio where he will be truly valued

In the episode time hooch, it was revealed this Alex´s facts:

He was once into collecting 1960s memorabilia

He was born in 1982 

He and Bridgette got married in Las Vegas

He got fired from UCLA for dating Bridgette, who used to be his student.

On the episode Josh gets shredded, the scene with Josh throwing out his back while lifting Candice was based on something that happened to JG Quintel when he lifted up his daughter.

-The series takes place in Los Angeles. -It was originally going to be released in 2018 on TBS but was delayed into 2020 for the HBO Max service. -The show was initially planned for Adult Swim and was going to be called Splittin’ Rent. -The show’s title has three meanings: 

Being close enough to everybody who you live with.

Feeling like you‘re close enough to where you want to be with life.

Being close enough to JG’s previous work, Regular Show.

-The cast records their lines all in the same room, which is unusual for an animated show.
