Made this for a friend for this past Katsucon.  This is Mei’s Cryoblaster and tank combo from Overwatch.  The ball on the back actually glows too. :)

Jesus I really have done a lot of Overwatch work haven’t I.  This is Genji’s Dragonblade from Overwatch.  Just your run of the mill glowing katana.  The way I put in the power source made the guard too large but if I were to do it again I have another idea that would make the guard more accurate next time around, but all in all its a nice little piece.

This was a very recent commission that I finished not too long ago.  Winged Victory Mercy skin’s staff.  Its about 4-4.5 feet long if I recall and can come apart for easy transport.  This was definitely one of those times where I was sad to see one of my crafting babies leave since it turned out so well.  Especially since the commissioner stopped responding to my messages after I sent it so they didn’t finish paying it off.  We had business in the past and no shenanigans happened so its possible they are just in some trouble but who knows. :’(

Ahh one of my favorite and least favorite commissions.  I love this because I am a huge dark souls fan, but I hated it because construction was a huge pain.

This my take on the Firelink Greatsword from Dark Souls 3.  It is constructed primarily from eva foam with a plastic handle, wonderflex acting as light diffusers on the blade, a fiberglass core to stabilize the blade, and flexible steel wire running along the outer edge of the sword.  

I achieved the corkscrew design using the aforementioned wire, I literally glued the halves together and just twisted until I was satisfied.  There are low light leds in the orange parts of the blade that flicker to simulate a smoldering fire.

Did somebody say MORE JUNKRAT?  No?  Well too bad.  

This is Junkrats robot arm made yet again from eva foam. I’ve made plenty of armor before but never an armored glove, it was actually pretty easy.

MORE JUNKRAT just like I promised.  This is his riptire, I built it from scratch entirely out of eva foam.  It was a huge pain to finish since it involved about 8-9 hours of just straight beveling of the edges to make them round, but it was worth it in the end.  

One little thing I’m proud of is the inside, I do a lot of research for pieces I make and when I looked at other prop riptires online they almost never gave the tire depth.  When you look at an actual car tire the side that goes towards the car is really deep and even when people did add depth was only like an inch or so.

Still continuing my dump of all my good stuff from over the years, decided I’m gonna dump everything today/tomorrow just to get it out of the way and to give people something to look at.  

This is Junkrats basic skin gun from Overwatch, it’s one of my favorite props that I made for myself instead of for a commission.  Stay tuned folks, there’s more Junkrat and Overwatch content incoming.

Just made a tumblr today, Ill slowly be uploading stuff to here either directly from instagram or other related pics.  This is the cosplay I’m most known for right now, though if I wear my Junkrat a few more times that might change.
