This is not only my first time every doing an RP blog, this is my first time using Tumblr!... This is not a joke, unfortunately. I've been on here for a maybe a month or two now.

She/He : 11 Y/O : 7th Grade : Nero comes off as pretty blunt and taunting to most people, or just overall superbly offputting. She doesn't seem to really understand how she can hurt others with the things she does or words she says, however she's determined to figure it out by being in the Humanitarian Club.

HELENA

She/Her : 12 Y/O : 8th Grade : Helena, despite her sour looking expression, is quite the soft person. She loves helping out in any way she can for everyone, maybe to a point that could be considering unhealthy. Regardless, she strives to help with the Humanitarian Club.

LUCY

He/They/It : 10 Y/O : 6th Grade : The Creator of the Humanitarian Club, Lucy is a hearty character. He's lively, he's witty, and he's amicable. He loves being around people, and he wants to return love to the world by using the Humanitarian Club.

OLIVER

Mirrored Pronouns : 11 Y/O : 6th Grade : A more fearsome child, Oliver isn't exactly seeking out to be with people. They dislike attention, and dislike socialization. They mostly joined the Humanitarian Club to have something to do instead of going home.

Lore wise, all that really needs to be known is this: The Humanitarian Club, despite their seemingly innocuous activities, do have their own underlying quirks and wrongdoings. More will probably be released as I post!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY GOTHAM!

The Humanitarian Aid Club acknowledges that they've been gone for quite a while, but we cannot miss such an amazing day as Valentines day!

Along with Saturdays care packages (we're giving away quick snacks to get you through the day~ find us on 90th ave!), we're giving out chocolates and roses!

Valentines day is all about appreciating not only your partners, but all your loved ones, like family and friends! Check up on them, say hi! And most importantly, remember that YOU are loved too!

HAPPY NEW YEAR GOTHAM!

The Humanitarian Club is delighted to go into the new year with everyone! However, New Years Eve has risks that most don't realize:

While outside today, make sure to keep all personal and valuable items in a secure location, as with crowded areas, an increase of thefts will happen! For oncoming tourists, too, be aware of scams! Some of our most popular scams reflect the typical 'give for free then demand payment' format.

Similarly, make sure to double up on house security tonight! Break ins are more likely as people will be leaving their homes vulnerable tonight.

Be aware of the dangers of alcohol: drunk drivers will also have an increase in appearance, especially with our loose alcohol laws, and especially in the night as the night wears on!

As for those who plan to drink: be aware of your alcohol! Be sure that you have a buddy that will be with you to drive you or Uber you home if you plan to be at a bar, DO NOT accept anything from strangers, and remember that a BAC of .30-.40 puts you at high risk of alcohol poisoning!—Nero will be going around to establishments with single-use breathalyzer tests(of course not going in...). DO NOT OVERESTIMATE YOUR ABILITY TO CONSUME ALCOHOL!

Also be aware of fireworks injuries. Fireworks are the leading cause of 1 in 10 hospital trips in Gotham during New Years Eve, so take preventive measures! Adults: supervise your kids! Keep them a safe distance away from any fireworks, put fireworks on a stable surface like concrete—NOT GRASS—wear gloves and glasses when handling them, and never carry a firework in your pocket! I(Helena) will be showing proper safety measures on handling bigger fireworks at rotating locations, so keep a look out!

Sorry to the lack of care package Saturday, everyone: The Humanitarian Club has been busy preparing for Christmas in Gotham this year! Keep a lookout~

Weather reports say it's going to become increasingly colder this year, reaching as low as the lower 20's! Make sure to bundle up; The Humanitarian Club has set up a box outside of M.S 228 with free gloves, hats, scarves, boots, and more!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

The Humanitarian Club is going around giving food and fresh ingredients to families in need and shelters, to assure that they have a wonderful thanksgiving!

We are also going to host a small thanksgiving of our own for free in the park near MS 228! Everyone is welcome to come eat and even bring their own dishes!

The Humanitarian Club is thankful for everyone that they've met this year. You're all absolutely fantastic! We've been so lucky to meet so many kind and generous faces willing to give to our cause, as well as faces that we'll help forever.

Have you ever noticed those patches of dirt on the street that are empty or full of trash? Perhaps you felt gloomy at such a sight, wishing there were more trashcans around and less ones that were overflowing?

Well worry not!

The Humanitarian Club went all around Gotham today, bags in hand, and picked up over 15 bags of trash that littered both our roads, parks and sidewalks—all of which will be properly recycled and turned into something hopefully useful for our community!

We also went around to these patches of lonesome dirt in our sidewalks and planted trees and small flower gardens with the help of the Gotham Environmental Department, as well as we set out more trashcans out on the corners of our streets with the help of those who handle Gotham's sanitation services.

A clean Gotham means a better Gotham. A better Gotham encourages us as it's civilians to help out where we can.

While there's no guarantee that these trashcans will be regularly managed and dumped in order for them to be continuously used, we can attempt to make it come true; call your districts representative and push for better sanitation of Gotham.

Be the change you want to be in Gotham. If we all band together and come to take care of our city together, then we can only go up from there.

Saturday means care packages; the humanitarian club is set up in a stall on 90th ave after weeks of unavailability!!

We're so happy to be able to be here today!

Today we've focused on food that'll last until Thanksgiving; Canned foods, non-perishables, dehydrated or powdered foods, and more!

Also as a result of SNAP being cut back recently too, we have volunteered with our local supermarkets (as well as some of our friends) to bring foods of family's choice to their home on Thanksgiving! This includes but not limited to: Turkeys premade and fresh, Vegetables, Casseroles, Mac and cheese, and many other dishes!

Sometimes, a month will be rough, and that's okay. We can't all be expected to stay joyful and face no problems.

The Humanitarian club has been facing lots of sudden outside interference which has messed with our weekly schedule and our future plans. Because of this, we have not been feeling all that thrilled to continue our efforts; I'm sure many have noticed that, considering our lack of appearance lately on Saturdays.

While discouraged and tired, we do not want to give this up! The Humanitarian Club strives to aid our fellow residents of Gotham from the best to worst, and we plan to do so indefinitely!

Hopefully, this Saturday—along with the rest of this month—goes well. We're planning to partner with more charities, more shelters, bring more attention to areas that need it, and of course, meet more people!
