Random Q&A
Howdy Ho, Gamers. Just gonna slap this here so that if y’all have any questions at all, I can answer them for you. Just keep it PG. These can be guard questions, Questions about the Master Sergeant or anything WoW related.
The Plan
After a lengthy conversation with an Undead that Keith considers to be one of his greatest friends, Even if he won’t tell her. Keith has devised a plan. A plan that will bring about the downfall of the Lich that plagues the Lands of Duskwood. He brought together every report, Every instance of Undead being spotted in Duskwood. After Hours of searching, The Grizzled Sergeant found something promising. A Report on an Intelligent Undead. It spoke of working for a higher power, And that the Master will bring about the End of Stormwind. This. Is what Keith needed. Now, He just needed bait to lure this undead out. And he had -just- the thing to do so.
The Life of One Private Lasky
Personal Journal log number 205: Just uh... Just incase if something happens to me out here. I want someone to know about my life, If anyone reads this of course. My name is Jason Lasky. I was born in Stormwind to two loving parents. David Lasky and Jaquelyn Lasky. My father was a Knight, Crazy right? He taught me everything I know. From sword play, To cooking, to being a good man. That was... Until the Broken Shore happened. My father went out with King Varian Wrynn. And died on the Shore. Mother.... Wasn’t the same after that. She became heavily depressed, Turned to drinking and smoking. But... That’s nothing compared to when I joined the Guard. Mother had... Lost it finally. She became unresponsive. Sitting in her chair, Day by day. She has a caretaker when I’m not home due to work. Otherwise I am her primary caretaker. The only light in my life, Is my loving Girlfriend and hopefully future bride. Her name is Andria. She has hair that burns red like a warm fire, Eyes as green as the trees of Elwynn and a Heart as big as the Great Dark... She makes my world turn in this life of Sadness I lead.
Personal Journal Log number 206: My Last Will and Testament. All of my belongings, My home and my horse will go to my Mother. As it is her right to have these things. If it is retrieved, The ring on my body will go to Andria. As it is the ring I wished to propose to her with. I don’t know if I will make it back, Or even if I will finish up to 210 in this journal. But.... I hope I will get home. For mother’s sake.
*Blood stains past this part of the Journal, Making it incapable of being read further.*
Darkness Approaching
Corporal Fisk lead the two Guardsmen out to the Outskirts of Darkshire. The farmers had gone to bed by now, Their tools having been put up for the day. The fields were silent. The type of Silent that makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand on edge. The Silence of Death. The Insects made no noise, nor did the birds, as the three Guards walked upon the road. They were walking toward what could be their death, Or simply a brief glimpse at more horrors in these woods. Private Lasky was the first to break the silence “Staff Sergeant. Do you think we’ll make it out? I got a girl back home. And I was hoping to propose to her after this assignment is over.” The Old Soldier simply chuckled, Looking back to the Private “Don’t worry, Lasky. You’ll make it out. We all will. This assignment won’t take much longer. So hold tight to that hope. And remember. We do this for the People.” Corporal Fisk raised a hand, Halting the approach as he spoke “Here. This is where the Dusk Watch saw them.” Keith looked upon the blood-stained cobblestones of the road with a frown “Seems like they escaped. Thankfully.” That’s when there was a loud, Cacophonous cackle. Followed by a voice that rivaled Icecrown with it’s coldness “Escaped? No, Johnston. We bide our time. But we will not bide forever. Death comes for you all.” Private Lasky gripped onto his sword hilt, Paling immediately at the voice. Looking as if he had soiled his armor. The Poor Lad had no idea what was happening, Nor did he know how it was. Corporal Fisk merely frowned and grunted, Grabbing his own blade “And here I am. A week from retirement. Stuck here in this shit hole.” Keith grabbed Fisk’s shoulderplate and tugged upon him “It’s best we head back for now. They aren’t here. We’ll need to file this into the report.” Ravan may not have been there. But he was watching. Always. Watching. Darkness Approaches.
Duskwood. Why is it always Duskwood.
The Staff Sergeant’s absence can be attributed to one thing. A string of mutilations re-emerging in the areas of Duskwood. Not just -any- mutilations though. The creation of Horrendous Undead in the means of creating a small army. The mastermind behind all of this being a Lich known only as Ravan Joss. It’s... been a difficult time for the Staff Sergeant. As he has spent the last two months in Duskwood with nothing more than the help of the Duskwatch, Some extra Guardsmen from the Capital and his wits. Keith let out a long, Drawn out sigh “Two Months.... And nothing. No trace of him. Just his left over creations...” Private Lasky just waved a hand “No need to worry Staff Sergeant. It’ll be alright. We’ll get him.” The Old Soldier simply smiled at the Private “You are very optimistic. I’m glad that you’re here, Lad. It keeps a smile on my face.” Lasky simply -beamed- at the compliment. Corporal Fisk walked over to the pair and nodded to Keith “Staff Sergeant. I just got word from the Dusk Watch that The Lich has been spotted nearby.” Keith looked up with a very passive look “Are you sure.” He spoke with a hard tone. Fisk simply pressed his lips thin and nodded. Lasky looked between the two. He didn’t know what to expect. But he was in for a world of Fuckery. Massive. Massive. Fuckery.
My Absence!
Howdy All. I know I’ve been gone for quite a while. A while being two months. And I apologise deeply. I will be making a post later to detail what Keith has been up to for the last two months. I also came back to WoW finding out the hard way that all of my addons got wiped from my Twitch. Due to some issues with my own comp. So yea. That’s also a thing xD. Either way! Thank you all for being patient with me and understanding of my disappearence. More content will find it’s way to the Tumblr here soon!

Tired
Everday. I wake to see my loving wife, My beautiful son and the city I wish to protect. I love my Family, I love my friends and I love my job. But that does not change how tired I feel. The tired you get from watching those you love get hurt, Day by day. The tired you feel when yet another innocent life is taken away from their family. The tired you know from the years of Nightmares from the past. The tired that you cannot escape. I have watched as friends, coworkers and innocents fall prey to the very city that I protect. Yet.... I cannot stop my endless vigil. These people need us, As much as we need them. They do not know how I feel whenever one of them is hurt, robbed or murdered. They do not know how much I care for their well beings. I work this thankless job for two reasons. One, I love doing it. And Two, Not many others are willing to do it. There are so few Guardsmen. All of them are my friends, My coworkers.... And Family. They all mean something to me, As the City means something to me. However... I still cannot shake how Tired I feel. Maybe it’s the Restless Nights, The Nights I cry myself to sleep, The days that seem to never end or... Maybe it’s not enough coffee. All I know. Is that I feel tired. -Journal Entry #565 P.S. I hope no one is reading through this journal.
(Just thought I’d throw a post out there of the inner ramblings of the Staff Sergeant. If y’all like this sort of thing, I’ll post more journal entries. If ya’ don’t. I’ll try posting more light hearted things.)

Howdy ho, Party People. I will be posting here at -some- point in the future for the random ramblings, Thoughts and day to day of Keith Johnston. Whether that be Guard things or simply his normal daily life. So I guess look forward to that? Or don’t, Up to you. You do you, I’ll do me. And we’ll see where this Tumblr thing goes.
A point.

Somewhere just outside of Command, in the training grounds.
Calm, Poise. Two words Alex had always been told to be when in tough situations.
Riots, racists, bomb threats to end the night. It was nights like this that Alexandria Morrowgrove began to question why she bothered at times. No matter what she did to aid in the good of the city, for the good of others it never seemed to matter. An attorney referenced her as the runner up of the Elwynn dog show. She was called a bully, a cunt, worthless, corrupt. Fruit thrown at her in response to upholding the very laws her work was built around. All in one night when she thought it might boil down to a simmer she heard it…the beeping sounds of a robotic created bomb. It failed, never reaching its countdown before switching off. Its failure is why she could finish writing her reports. Why she could be outside even now breathing. All in one day.
The chaos of the city drove Morrowgrove to go outside of Command. In her personal armor and alone she stared forward at a training dummy. What was the use? If someone saw her take out her repressed rage on a dummy what then? Would she be called corrupt even more for having emotions? She thought to herself, what was the point? Alexandria had attended the gathering to aid the homeless, she went out of her way to help everyone medically, whether they were accused of a crime or those who hated her on paper. Did any of them know the constant hatred and bar she was held to? Did they care? Nights like this drove her to wonder how few did care, how many would stop to think about the person behind the armor the city often insulted.
The worgen Guard Captain fell to the ground in front of the training dummy as a human. Exhausted, enraged at her core. Humanity was the ground for sanity, she would not remain in a form like this with how the night had gone. The woman valued home life and her normally calm nature. “Wot’s th’ point.” she spoke out loud to no one. The rage turned to tears as they welled up in her eyes. “No mattah wot we do we’re hated.” She spoke in a croaked tone. Paranoid, that was another feeling in this chaos she had. Would another come from the shadows to attack her while she was alone? Another bomb bot? Maybe another void cult would appear to snatch her in the dark hours of the night. A night like this rocked the woman’s core and it made her question the very people she’d sworn to protect. The constant slaughter, hatred, racism. No one worked together out of the concept of peace. In fact since the fourth war had ended crime had escalated!
